The Bedsheets and pillow cases should be changed more often. I stayed a week in the hotel and they were not changed. Not even the towels were replaced.

It was a good hotel. Typical Ibis Budget nothing new. All look the same.

Toilet was not very clean. The room was cold in the beginning. But by and large it was fine. The bathroom was tiny. The bathroom had no lock.

Location was good. It was near Credo Kirche which had a concert I wanted to attend. I didn't have breakfast. I was alone though.

Not super clean. A hair on the bed and some "spots" in the toilet. Half a toilet roll. Some noise from the hallway at night.

Bed, shower and wifi all fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was fine. Incheck was okay. Temperature in room was okay.

Inbetween the three of us we only had two pillows and as the reception is closed and unmanned after 22:00 hrs, there was no way of having this resolved coming back after dinner. Also the shower did not seem to be very clean as dirt could be seen and it was stinking a bit. But perhaps that's just in room 204.

The location isn't bad at all, not too far from the A46 Autobahn and about 6KM from the city centre. Pretty safe surroundings too, as the manager told us that "nothing ever happens here". A restaurant, a supermarket and a gas station are just around the corner. The road is a busy one and especially early in the morning there is lots of traffic which is noticeable in the rooms on the front side of the hotel, but still not as bad as in many other locations in and around the city. With the window closed, one hears almost nothing. Lots of good, free and monitored parking available. For the rest, as one can expect from an IBIS hotel, the rooms are small and spartan but efficient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean. Perfect for one or two nights just to sleep, even with a family. Quite centrally located for its surroundings and a very good alternative to many of the much more expensive places in and around Wuppertal.

Breakfast has been much better in other Ibis Budget Hotels i have stayed at. Room could do with a better clean, for example my daughter knocked the drain in the shower and lots of black bits started floating around.

Staff are very helpful and it does the job. You are paying for a budget Hotel and get just that so don't expect too much but it does the job.

The room is tiny. The shower sprinkled the water in absolutely all directions. The traffic of the road under the windows is rather intense, so it may become noisy, especially in rainy weather.

The rooms are clean, there is a free parking lot (might be full in the evening), IKEA in 500 m, petrol station with a 24h kiosk across the street. The receptionist is friendly when he is there (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening)

Our final room backyard side of hotel - info for cleaning stuff - do not leave windows open after your work - we needed to spent extra time for killing flies and mosguitos from room. Bathroom floor drains are little stucked and you end up washing yourself in raising water.

Rooms are spacious. Hotel has quit big parking place. If you want a silent room - ask backyard (woods) - so road noise does not disturb. Nidal in reception was very helpful with our problems of rooms.

The reception staff seemed a bit vacant to be honest and not particularly welcoming. The continental breakfast was expensive for what it was. The room was small and the overall cost was expensive. I realise that it is a budget hotel, but a twin room at the Premier Inn in Dover was the same price with better facilities.

The room was very smelly of tobacco smoke. The staff even left the window open (at winter!). The toilet walls very simply dirty. Not filthy, but in need of a fresh coat of paint. Ordered a double bed and received a twin bed. The front desk is occupied only a few hours in the evening, so there was no one to provide us with replacement room.

Easy to reach off a highway, the mattress was ok, but not superior.

You could hear everything from the corridor into the room, too much noise, even inside the room after turning off the lamp the material would contract and make more noises

the staffmember could not assist us in English and the coffee vending machine was out of order. would have at least expected a kettle in the room. the noise level was terrible from the cars driving down the road

the staff is not well-mannered and not friendly!! apparently due to the fact that they are not from Germany (the staff did not let us sleep all morning and constantly came and knocked on the door, reminding us that we had to leave this room at 11:00! They came and knocked four times, my wife was shocked such rudeness!!! this is the best place I have ever been! the rooms are half cleaned (the towels are dirty (I will never recommend these hotels to anyone (
