The room was very small and I would say it was rather expensive, considering the bathroom is shared.

Location was perfect, on the main road and very close to the Brandenburg Gate. It was very clean and even though the bathroom was shared it felt like we were the only one using it.

It was not properly labeled on the main entrance or the elevator on which floor the BNB is located so you'll have to ask when you ring the doorbell. The kitchen space is cramped and works for one person at a time, but not really an issue during our stay.

BNB is within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate and other main attractions; there's a supermarket on the ground floor and restaurants abound in the area including the Mall of Berlin. The room and shared spaces are clean. Shower rooms are private. Our room is spacious and fits all 6 of our luggage and a stroller without any problem.

The staff dont know what to do when there was a problem in my room and the room radiator does not work in room 102. The management did not offer a solution to the problem. I slept for 2 nights in a cold room. Also, the room does not smell good.

the staff didn’t show any humanitarian respect to my friend who is on wheelchair,I picked that property only because it’s showing they do have disable facilities and the room they given with sharing bathroom wasn’t suitable to my friend and she refused to give us a key and access to the bathroom for disable people we had to go to Berlin mall to use the WC there could you imagine ! wat a bad experience shame on you never again

Wi-fi was not working properly, even they have multiple networks to connect. The rest of the inconvenience happened because of other guests.

Excellent location, close to Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. Bus stop to city center/U-bahn, restaurants, supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk. The room was quite small, but clean with a shared bathroom. Good choice for a cheap city break. Althought we did not use, there was a kitchen and a lounge also.

Noisy. Dirty floors and walls. Soulless accommodation, tiny rooms and narrow hallways. low/no natural lighting. Bathrooms too far from the room. 1 shared bathroom and shower between the whole floor of rooms. Strict and short window to check-in ONLY 2pm-6pm, anytime earlier or later is followed by a €15 penalty fee—which was the only thing they care about. On Booking.com under Property Policy their check-in time is 14:00-00:00, with no mention of a penalty! It’s mentioned under *Important information*, and highlighted once the room is booked. Oh at that point no refund of course! There is no costumer service outside the aforementioned 4hour check-in window (phone is only answered between 2pm-6pm, it’s a recorded msg at other times). Very slow response time to urgent written enquiries. There was a sense of hostility, and being unwelcome, to the whole experience. Glad it was just the one night, and certainly never again!

The only redeeming positives were the relatively comfortable bedding, and its location.

The room was so small for 4 beds; it just cannot accommodate 4 persons. There was no a/c or ventilation. The shared kitchen, wc and shower were tiny as well. Families must avoid booking this place.

The other guests were loud until late and trashed the place. The host wouldn't let us change our reservation months in advance. There was no option for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

The first thing was charged 15 euros for being 5 mins late over an expected arrive time I put down as between 8pm & 9pm, even though check in was up to midnight. Also I was expecting a twin room with balcony. Kind of got that apart the width of the room was only about 4ft wide, had two single beds top to tail. Girt said we could move the beds I said we're o. Top of each other. As there was no way they could go side by side or we couldn't get out the room. The pillows were yellow was really bad, the photos that are on booking. Com did not follow through to the room I got, there were no photos of that room if there was I would have booked somewhere else. So wasn't a good representation of what you get.

The only thing I liked was the location.
