We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomWe were very precise in letting the hotel know about our check-in time even when our flight was delayed. We arrived at midnight tired after a day of travelling and the staff at reception was on the phone and did not even aknowledge we had entered the hotel. It let us wait 20 minutes before he actually let us check-in without even apologize for the wait. Very rude. And not a very nice welcome.
Room was clean and spacious. Bed were comfortable - relatively quiet as our room was not facing the main road.

SingaporeWifi signal was pretty weak in the room I was in. Navigating there from the train station for the first time can be confusing. There is only one exit to the hotel.
Just beside the train station with all the major train lines to the centre of Munich and Munich central station. Spotless clean rooms, very comfortable beds and staff were friendly. The room itself is basic but sufficient for a short stay. Paid 64 euros a night and it is pretty value for money.

Ukraine1 - I stayed 5 nights and check-in available after 3 pm(or smth like that), definitely after breakfast, but hotel wanted to charge me for 6 breakfasts instead of 5. How could you eat 6 breakfasts if you stay only 5 nights. Ridiculous. 2 - I don't know what happened to their software, but for me breakfast costed 48Euros instead of 24, and if didn't start a dispute, they would charge me without any doubts. 3 - Check out process took more than 20 mins because of wrong bill, so I almost missed my train. I had to run to catch a train, in -7C weather in winter, that is not a safe, from my perspective.
Room was comfortable enough, for breakfast you have a plenty of food to choose. Location is hard to rate, depends on your needs, however you can reach city center(Marienplatz) in 15 minutes with S-bahn, and this is great, I think. Munich experience was absolutely messed up by checkout. I guess I will return tho this hotel again, because location is perfect to me, but I will definitely consider other options next time before make a booking.
