The food and beverage prices are ridiculously high. Not everyone is on a company expense account. I took a look at the menu, laughed and went to "The Italian" down the road for a pizza. Honestly, if you halved your prices people would dine with you but instead I had to opt for supermarket and other venues. That is a real waste of your captive market. I would have loved to dine with you but a good meal needs to be at the EUR15 mark and house wine EUR4 mark.

Holiday Inn is all you need - excellent bed, sound proof, great hot water, coffee/tea making facility, lots of TV stations and excellent heating in winter.

The tiles were stained and so it gives an impression of not clean. However it was clean.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The beds of holiday inn never disappoint.

Parking was 29 Euro/night.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. Close to the train so you can get downtown. Breakfast was very good and they had American style if you wanted.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the dinner in the restaurant came quickly and was tasty, and the hotel looked nicely decorated for the holidays. Everyone was professional and courteous who worked there.

Very helpful front desk clerk who went out of his way to show the easiest way to get to the Frankfurt Weihnachtsmarkt via the Gateway Gardens S-Bahn.

Not the fault of the property but the cab drivers seem to be charging rather varying rates from airport to hotel and the other way round… anything goes from 10-25€. Just require them to go by the meter in the car!

Fast Check in and great option to bring food up to room- Kind of self service but as a family with a toddler who was sleeping ideal as no one knocked at the door:)- quite despite being so close to airport.comfy beds

airport shuttle stopped before it said it should so we had to get a taxi from the terminal.

Finding the hotel shuttle bus at FRA is a real problem. It took almost one hour from exiting the arrivals to being at the hotel.

Check in Process was taking too much time than expected although we paid in advance due to Staff attending multiple guest at the same time , also they asked me to submit security deposit of 25 Euro via credit card (no cash ) which i dont have which was not mentioned to me in advnace .
