Shower Outlet power is weak

around 5 in walk to the station. It's a good hotel to use as base if you are exploring the Ruhr area or coming for football. Around 20 mins to Dusseldorf and 40-50 mins to Cologne or Dortmund. The train station has a 24hr Grocery mart

Rooms and beds are very small. We booked 2 rooms, one for 3 and one for 4 adults, but it feels like a ripoff because 4 adults couldn't possibly fit comfortably in the room or beds. Upon notifying the staff at the reception that we received two same rooms despite the fact that one is booked for 4 and the other for 3, the answer was that we were supposed to predict by looking at the photos upon booking, and that it was our fault for booking something that doesn't suit us. Some of the staff at the reception were very unpleasant and not at all eager to find a solution. Upon asking to get another room where 2 adults would move, we got offered a room but at a despicable price, which honestly felt offending.

The rooms have a lot of useful amenities, despite the very small size. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and there is a lot of choice. The staff at the restaurant are very nice, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The lobby bar is nice to sit at as well, to have a coffee or a beer. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is basically in the center of the town and a 2 minute walk away from the main train station.

Housekeeping timing could be better. On our first day, housekeeping came around 8.30 am. They asked politely and we agreed they'll come back later. We left the hotel around 11 am, with a sign saying "ready for housekeeping". The room wasn't cleaned when we returned that night. Housekeeping was fine the following day Breakfast spread was lacking warm food, the only warm thing was pancake and hard boiled eggs.

Great location, check out and check in were fast. Breakfast was also included. Room was relatively spacious, modern and clean.

Compact room, windows could not be opened and it was hard to get fresh air in the room.

Close to city center; walking distance to our venue, main station and shopping area.

The rooms were spacious with very comfotable beds and newly updated bathroom, sitting area and very closse to town and suspension railway. Breakfast was good with wide selection. Parking on site was very reasonable and convenient as parking can be an issue in central areas.

The room was very hot and the air conditioning wouldn't come on, so it was uncomfortable to sleep.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel was a great location to the center and transport.

Our boys would have loved to see the Schwebe Bahn from the room, but the family rooms are situated on the other side.

The location is nice, right next to the wonderful Schwebe Bahn and close to the main station. Quite nicely designed small family room. Wuppertal is worth a visit. Make sure to go to the Zoo by Schwebe Bahn!

Small minus for breakfasts - it was difficult for me to find something what I like. No scrumbled eggs, no soft-boiled eggs. Mostly cold food. One of the staff member struggled with English. Also I got receipt instead of invoice but this mistake was fixed naxt day.

Rooms are modern and clean. Personel is helpful.

When checking in the guy at the desk Anel . We had to pay twice the amount, for the same service. In the end it was settled but it gave some fuzz and annoyance.

Breakfast was balanced diet with fruits and whole meals. Food quantities were ok .Breakfast timings between 6.00 and 10.00 was very accommodating. Check out time was also ok.

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. I remember that breakfast was exceptionally good then, with lots of different hot foods to choose from! But this time, unfortunately, breakfast was a disappointment, compared to last time! They only had a few boiled eggs, which were so much cooked, that the yolk had turned brownish inside the egg... The selection of other food was also smaller...

Breakfast buffet was average, but room was pretty large, modern, tasteful, functional but agreeable, bath the same. Very good Turkish restaurant on ground floor. To be recommended.
