always issues with the restaurant. they charged me 1,50 for 2 small slices of baguette (1 cm) although i was eating for nearly 50 euros...

The whole hotel experience was excellent. If you are a sports fan then this hotel is a must. Lots of Adidas memorabilia around and very close to the Adidas and Puma factory outlet stores. Food was great and facilities are excellent.

The style and décor of our suite was undefined and the furniture a little tired. There was only a shower above the bath tub. They made a big thing out of the mini bar being included but there were only three tiny bottles in it and nothing we wanted to drink. The duvet covers are too small and we did not sleep well in the beds. Considering there are many sports-oriented guests staying at the hotel the pool and wellness treatments are underwhelming.

The team was exceptionally helpful, flexible and anticipated needs. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. The standard rooms have a good size plus balcony. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the gardens was very calming.

I could not eat in the bar area and had to go to th restaurant where nobody was. I could not even take my dinner to the outside area of the bar in order to be not alone.

Communal spaces (hallways, reception etc) were quite warm.

Perfect as ever. Very happy that the restaurant was open on Sunday evening.

The WI-FI didn't reach my room (last one on a long corridor on the second floor). So I had to download my messages or make my phone calls from the corridor, outside the room. This was really annoying. When I complained they ask me to log into another network, but it was as bad. Really a pity, as I left with mix feelings about the hotel.

HerzogsPark is a classic that never disappoints you. Breakfast is great, rooms have lots of space, beds are comfortable and the wellness area must not be missed.

No coffee or Tea in the room. That's strange keeping in mind that this is a decent high end hotel.

Suggestion to put some big tennis ball lamps or similar in room. Main table is too dark at evening so I cant do my business properily. It was too dark to read. I suggest to add some morw lamp at place in fron TV. What whould definetly raise up look in room would be drawen tennis xourt on sealing and on middle bar in room tennis net! It would be ,,wooow,,, effect! Anyway congratulations to very big effort to have such room.

Absolutely lovely hotel. So well appointed. Situated in a beautiful leafy area close to all major attractions. Staff are friendly and very efficient. Loved everything about the facility. It has been a superb holiday.

Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Indoor pool was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend this hotel. Superb!

Just one small complaint. I think it was a communication problem. Breakfast is until 10:30 from mo to th and friday, sat, sun and public holiday is until 11:00, they explain to us the personal from the restaurant.

Excellent location for my sports activities and families activities with dog. We liked the hotel wellness with swimming pool and room with big bathroom. Town centre is very nice and wooden park is excellent opportunity for runners.
