The apartment was on the top floor of a very tall building without a lift. It was a struggle to get to uo the stairs. Would, not be suitable for elderly people of persons with disabilities.

The bed was large, but a bit soft. Only 1 wine glass available. Also a chef's knife and a small bowl were missing in the kitchen. We found some food from previous guests in the upper cabinet. After payment via booking, I received an email asking for credit card details. They needed those for a deposit and city tax. I don't like sharing my card details to an unknown e-mail address, so I did not provide. The follow up phone call from the hotel was not the friendliest I experienced in my life.

Enormous room, very nicely decorated. Photos are accurate. Clean. Good bath room with fast and sufficient hot water and nice towels. Simple but good kitchen. Entry via key box with code. Unlimited free parking on the street Saturday after 15h and Sunday.

Attention: no parking/garage, no elevator; Reception was available by phone but not in person (times of „contactless check-in“ should be over!), when we wanted to check in at around 17:00 (during main check in time 15:00-18:00) ;

On the way to Dusseldorf they asked for my credit card details for guarantee. I would prefer this process to be done through Booking, sending credit card information by e-mail did not seem safe at all. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Those with heavy luggage can take this into consideration.

The place was very nicely furnished, everything was new and comfortable. It was within walking distance of the center of Dusseldorf and shopping areas.

The sensor lights in the stair well do not come on as you descend the stairs so you are walking in darkness. The fold down bed in room 2b squeaked and had to be stuffed with toilet paper to stop the noise and the leg on one of the beds looks like it is about to break. A door between the main bedroom and the additional room with the fold down bed would have been a bonus.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchenette was very useful and had good facilities. The showers were very nice. Everything was clean and presentable.

Worst place i’ve ever stayed!!! I paid just over 1400 eur for 3 nights, and it was horrible and totally overpriced. We booked the place for 3 people to stay, but there was only curtains in one of the rooms. This meant that two of us woke up early every morning. I contacted the hotel regarding this but they were not interested to solve it. The day of check out, they came and wanted to clean the room at 10:30, and I told them that we were not ready yet. They told us that we had to be out at 11:00, left, and came back 11:00. I told them that we would be ready in 5 min, but they insisted that we should leave the room immediate, and told me that they would charge us for another night if we haven’t left the room within 2 min. We left 11:05, and later the same day I received an invoice of 100 EUR for late check out and 50 EUR for cleaning (which is already included in the price) I get the fact that check out is 11:00 and we left 11:05, but I’ve never been a place that was so petty about this. Especially when thinking about the fact that the is totally overpriced with no aircon, 1 tv for 3 rooms, and only 1 proper bed, and the rest couches. Stay away!!

I paid the room in advance but Before check in day, I received an email from the property asking my credit card details for charging a deposit. However it is not a trustable way to share this kind of information via email. I would suggest instead, the property always ensures that the receptionist is available for checkin. I am making an appointment to let property know about my checkin time and do not understand why they can not be available there on time of arrival. It was annoying not to be able to enter the room at the front door and have to call the property contact phone for telling my credit card details. There is no information on booking page that this property is asking for 150 euros deposit for room. It is possible that people living in europe like me do not have any credit card.

The size of the room is really big. It is like a studio house. Shower was perfect, kitchen was fully equipped. Bed is a special visco bed which was exceeding my expectations. Location is walking distance to shopping street and michelin star restaurants. There is no car parking on street. Building is an old one but fully renovated, very fancy. However there is no elevator..
