Our stay could have been improved if the room had a small fridge: we bought some fruit and beverages to have in our room but we couldn't store them anywhere, so part of the fruit went into the waste bin at the end, as it developed fungi.

The location was stupendous, one can access anywhere in Munich from the hotel, also given Munich's great public transportation system. Plus, major commodities were at hand (restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, etc.). The staff were always incredibly nice. We enjoyed the breakfast with some of its traditional würste and jams.

Would have been nice to have a little more toiletries (ie: hand soap) in the bathroom, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I just stopped at the store and bought my own.

The hotel is very basic, but more than comfortable. I was initially disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, but the staff arranged one for my room to store my medication. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location was super accessible to city center and airport with the S-bahn, U-bahn, tram and bus lines just steps from the door. Restaurant and shopping also just steps from the door.

This is not a 4* hotel: there were no toiletries, only an all in one shampoo/soap/shower gel. The hair drier was old, very slow and noisy. We found an insect in the room, daily, even if the room window was always closed. The carpet in the hallway was always dirty. It was really expensive for what it offered.

The hotel is close to tram, S-bahn and U-bahn, very well connected to the city center. There's a nice restaurant at the ground floor. The air conditioning was very in handy. We had a room with windows at the street, and it felt well soundproofed.

The room wasn't very clean. The toilet was dirty and there were many spiders webs, especially in the dressing.

The location is 2 minutes away from S train and 5 min away from the U metro station. It has a restaurant downstairs and the area js really nice. The room was nice, with a great view. It has a laundry room at one of the floors where you can wash, iron or simply buy what you need from a vending machine.

We were told when checking in that we can request the room to be cleaned if needed (no daily cleaning), my sister had a toddler and in the middle of the stay wanted to have a cleaner clean the room and was told it was not possible so she was a little stressed about that.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and was very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Location was very good, few minutes to get onto train, nearby there were good restaurants, also a supermarket next door. All very handy. It was very family friendly also. One of our rooms had a kitchen, everything was there and the supermarket being next door made it very easy for my sister to make food for my toddler niece. Had a problem with the air con in one of the rooms, and the staff were very willing to investigate and fix the problem.

The room seemed a little small. We opened our suitcases and there was no more room to pass. At breakfasts it would be better to add a description of the composition of the sausages, because it is important to many people. We paid too much for this hotel, but we were travelling to a music event, all the hotels raised their prices a lot. I don't know how fair it is

We liked the hotel very much. Firstly, don't let the remoteness of the hotel from the centre confuse you. There is a great infrastructure near the hotel - trains, metro, trams and buses. You can immediately get on some transport and be in the centre in 15 minutes. Also, there is a supermarket right near the hotel. Secondly, the hotel offers quite good breakfasts. Nothing supernatural, but you can find food for every taste. The hotel itself is quite clean and pleasant. I liked that there is a communal room for ironing and laundry. We didn't try the laundry but it seems to be chargeable.

The hotel claims to have a "sustainability" policy, where rooms are cleaned only every three days. However, this feels more like a cost-cutting measure. Although they mention that you can request daily room service at no extra charge, our experience was disappointing. When we asked for it, the cleaning was rushed and overlooked important tasks, like emptying trash bags containing baby diapers.

The studios are spacious enough for a family of three. The hotel's infrastructure, both inside and outside the rooms, meets expectations. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooms are well soundproofed, so despite being near a busy rail line, noise is hardly noticeable. It is well located, with excellent access to public transportation.

There are of course several negative things. Washing Machines did not work and there were no place to wash clothes nearby. Once in the early morning some unknown man came into our room. He managed to opened the room by his card somehow. We had sex at that moment and when I asked him what does he want, he run away :)

It was a spontaneous booking I have to say. We rented an airbnb apartment, but it turned out to be too bad so we urgently had to find a new living. I's not an easy task for family with 3 children. This hotel luckly had a spacious room for us (actually 2 joined rooms) and was not very expensive. We did not expected much from the hotel. But after all we were really impressed. Staff is very friendly there. For example, they were able to find for us a frying pan very quicly. The room was clean, quite and spacey. Bed are very comfortable. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel. I can recommend it for families with children.

I did not like the fact that the vending machine didn't work. We got back from a concert close to midnight and wanted to get something to drink. The drinks in the vending machine were 2 Euros per drink. However, the machine was broken, and the sign said that the drinks could also be purchased at the front desk. In the end, I paid 8.50 Euros instead of 4 Euros for the two drinks.

The room was not very big, but it was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel is next to the subway station and the train that goes to Munich airport and Munich main station, which is extremely convenient.

Our stay was booked with early check in via booking which was missed at first and we had to wait about 20-30 minutes for the room to be checked so we could check in. However it was immediateley dealt with and as a thank you they offered free parking which was nice.

Our apartment had two bathrooms which was a nice surprise and one of them had a bath even. Beds were nice and not too soft which actually gave a nice possibility to rest.

The floors were not cleaned well. My Nephew step on some glass in their room and I got dirty feet after taking my shoes off in my room.

Air conditioning & sound proof room! We were on the same side as the train stop and never heard the trains, the room was so well soundproofed. Location is amazing for being next to SBahn and UBahn (Moosach station), 2 grocery stores, a cafe/bakery. Welcoming staff was very friendly. Our room size included a closet that was ample for our suitcase storage and included several shelves. The kitchenette had enough supplies to make simple meals and everything was clean.
