Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsRooms could have at least paper slippers. It is not very clean to step around in toilet and shower and go back to bed again. Also there was no mini fridge in the room as well. You can share your phone screen with the TV in the room, but all TV's have same name. Change names of the tv's to room numbers.
Amazing location if you are coming to the city with train. Lot's of places to eat around. Decent breakfast in mornings. Helpful staff. If you are checking out want to leave your luggage with the hotel, they are helping you in that regard as well

United Arab EmiratesHotel is near to the station but the approach roads are not so easy to commmute by dragging the bags in the bumpy foothpath, one gets tired. Moreover it doesnt feel safe to reach or go out of the hotel during dark, but hotel's secured gates are best when you reach the premises.
Near to station & one of the best breakfast in similar class hotels @ EU. The railway track view is decent from the hotel windows.

Breakfast excellent. Location near to train station helpful when moving luggage to hotel. Staff friendly and helpful- provided map and helped me with information about where to find the platform for my next train at the station. The lounge area with free coffee is very comfortable and it’s great to have when you are waiting to make the next step on your journey. Happy to store luggage if room not ready.
