Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Its more of hostel than hotel lift aswell as stairs upstairs sitting room down stairs peopledo chat but its not too loud or threatening , theres heaps parking spacema. Donaldsisjustdow. Road you can chargefone there too ,lidl etc isthere,its clear se to train station.you will need fone to ring them up it hasmagnetic key in post box you need code after that itd ok .i thought at firstbuilding breakfast is in where reception is wasa other posh hotel,so that dark grey building IS where reception is! Its in Photos .there are maps on wall of Mindelheim too.lady was helpfull at reception.

HungaryWhat to say, mi best stay ever ! Was not planed, car broke down near Mindelheim, so i had to stay til the next day. I had to book urgently a hotel, found GS Hotel, left my car at the service and tried my luck at the Hotel to check in earlier. At the reception was a nice girl, tall and a bit of accent(i canºt remeber her name) i explained my story and she was absolutly amazing and helpefoul.A big shout out to her !!! About the room, large, clean and comfy bed, huge shower, was amazing. Definitly i will visit again on my way back.
