Breakfast full price for a 6 years old kid is unusual. We decided to go for breakfast in the cafe on the opposite side of the street.

Well located in the centre of town next to the city square with plenty of eating options. On-site parking was handy.

It seems that some rooms don’t have a toilet which wasn’t clear during the booking process. Had to buy a room upgrade after the booking. No one greeted us for breakfast, staff was just standing around the front office desk. When we checked out it felt awkward to interrupt the staff’s smalltalk.

Very clean, welcoming hotel in the centre of Landsberg. Perfect location to explore. Wonderful staff especially Melanie who sorted out our double booking very efficiently and was a pleasure to talk too. Also great free drinks machine and cookies which my children loved!

Shower in the morning was cold because too many people use warm water at the same time. Also rooms at front street level too noisy if you want to leave the window open

It would be good to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, clean the dust from the corners and from the top of the door frames.

The breakfast was varied, but the gluten-free option was either missing or poorly displayed. Gluten-free should be offered on a separate table, for example.

The front of the hotel is on a very busy traffic street so ask for a quiet room.

Very well positioned in the centre of town. We arrived by bicycle and there is a dedicated store room in the back lane with a keypad lock which was excellent. We had a room in the back block and it was calm and quiet with large bathroom. The first hotel we have stayed in 20 nights in Germany with air conditioning but it wasn’t hot so we didn’t need it. They have a coffee machine you can use any time of the day in the main restaurant near reception and cold drinks, free of charge which was excellent and very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Was all we expected but with a great experience with Claudia at reception that was a bonus :)

Staff member Claudia at reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming and very helpful. She really made our experience very positive. Location is also central to the old town area with restaurants and shopping all within close walking proximity. Property may be a little dated but very clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Arthotel ANA Goggl in Landsberg am Lech. The hotel is in the center of the town in a great location. We rented a private parking space that the hotel offers for 15 Euro per day. Otherwise, you will need to look for public parking lots if you have a car. Our room was fine, but not exceptional in any way. The breakfast provided a number of food options and was acceptable in quality. We loved that coffee and tea was available all day and part of the evening in the dining area. The staff was friendly but several of the staff struggled with English to some extent. We were able to borrow bikes they had available without charge and there is a park close by for a nice bike ride. Overall, we found this hotel to fall into the acceptable range of accommodations. It provided basic services at a fair price in a great location and is worth consideration when reviewing hotel options in this area.
