The property is in a poor overall state, unfortunately. The communal areas were used as areas to store and dump all sorts of hotel paraphernalia. Our room did not have any tea/coffee making facilities- although the lovely reception staff located us a kettle when we requested one. The grounds are in a neglected state which is a shame because this could be a real asset to the hotel. It is a place that is in need of some TLC however it is an adequate base from which to explore the ancient sites of Aachen.

We were able to cycle into Aachen from here. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The staff were very friendly and nice. We were able to use the fridge. We were able to park on the road outside the hotel. We were able to bring our bikes through the property to store them overnight safely.

Single room was comfy and check-in and check-out was very easy and quick. Location was good, 50 meters from a bus stop and a supermarket. There was an issue with wifi connection but owner Mr Göbel was very helpful in solving the problem. Sending me all messages in Turkish was a nice treat, room service also knocked my door with a google translate Turkish sound message asking if I needed anything. Overall, a cosy hotel if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep.

Furniture seems old and the single room was very small. The bed was not super comfortable but good enough for one night.

They have very quick and easy key handover system so checkin was super easy. The room was clean and in general not too bad for one night.

Just a friendly suggestion, may be use a lighting at the entry so that the hotel looks attractive even in the evening.

The hotel is really simple but great. The new owner is a very friendly guy with a warm hospitality. Many costly hotels are not as good as this one. The location is slightly off the city centre noise (Take bus 15, 25, 35, 55 etc to Konigsbergerstrasse) and is situated within 30 seconds from the bus stop and a big REWE supermarket. At ground floor he has a lobby where you can relax or work. I could finish a lot of work there with offered unlimited free tea and coffee. Room is very good with all basic amenities including tv, heating, wardrobe, a small work desk. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean. If next time in Aachen, I shall first search a room in this hotel.

The curtains didn't cover the windows so the sunlight came in as soon as it rose. The room was very warm with no aircon and no screen on the window so the room filled with bugs as soon as I opened it to cool the room down. No elevator and we had to take our heavy bags up to the top floor of the hotel. I didn't see any staff members the whole time I was there and there were no check-out instructions.

I was just here for a night to be close to another hotel I'd booked at, so it was fine for that purpose. I wouldn't stay there unless I was desperate though. Good bathroom.

It would be good to have some fridge. Also would be good to have some mosquito net on the window.

Everything is good. Small, but cozy room, with good view from the window. The owner is also nice. Next to hotel a big supermarket and bus station. Enough parking places.

it was street outside, you couldn’t open the window, because a lot of noise outside.

it was very clean accommodation, near from the evangelische church. it was easy to find it, very nice that for check in you can come when you want, don’t look to the time. it was easy explanation for the key and code for come inside. it was not much people there.
