The breakfast was generally very nice, however I would appreciate a bit more attention to filling the various cereal jars.

Very central location, close to all river cruise ships and the central marketplace, used for wine festivals. However this also generates some additional noise, during periods with activities in the square. Really nice and private terrace with comfortable furniture. Tip: buy your wine from the wine shop below and enjoy it on the terrace. Close to EV chargers

Fantastic location right in the centre of Cochem, hotel has garage parking for cars but limited number so you have to reserve in advance, bargain for 10 euros a night. Staff friendly and spoke good English. Continental breakfast was superb with a wide choice of foods on offer. Room was spotlessly clean, modern decor and comfortable bed. Great view of river Mosel from our room. Would definitely return and recommend.

Nice hotel in a good location and a wine shop at the basement (open until 18:00). Our room was nice, however the "double bed" was actually 2 separate beds aside each other which was inconvenient. We parked at a site about 10 minutes walk for euro 10 which was OK.

There was nothing to criticise, the only suggestion would be that other hotels have a tea/coffee making facility which wasn't available here.

Breakfast superb, choice & service. Location could not have been better. Views of the river & Castle were exceptional from the room/balcony. Room was clean & comfortable. Host was extremely helpful, friendly & spoke excellent English.

Strange smell in the bathroom at first just after we flushed the toilet (it seems like was a problem from the sewers system or something like that).. but no big deal.. the public parking in front of the hotal is not free and the "pay time" is from 8h to 19h something like that so better to take the hotel parking (even if it's a not next to the hotel, it's a walk of just 5min)

Great breakfast, we were also invited to a free wine testing during our stay which was super nice.

Literally, nothing!

This hotel was simply stunning! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was so clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Even though the hotel is located in the city centre, the isolation is really good, and we did not hear any noise! The breakfast was also amazing!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I had to pay both rooms, for myself and my friend, because I booked the rooms, even though we had given two different names for booking. This something the hotel owners want from the travel agency, which we had not been informed about. I’ll be more careful of the small print.

I liked everything. The room was lovely, with a balcony, and view of the Reichsburg castle, and of some of the town. This hotel is located on the Main street, overlooking the Mosel river. It’s close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.

Shower is a little tight for a 6'2", 110kg bloke, but not a major issue. Hotel Parking is not onsite, but at a parking area about 5-10 minute walk away. Although there is 1/2 hour only parking out front, and conveniently can use it for pick up and drop off. So again not a major concern.

Location was superb. Room had view of the river, and its own balcony, from which there was a wonderful view of the Castle. Not air conditioned, but fans were provided in the rooms and lovely cool breeze of an evening off the river. Staff very friendly. Good value for money.

The hotel does not have air conditioning. I anticipate that this would not normally be a problem. It was unseasonably warm while we were staying there and therefore nighttime was pretty uncomfortable even though the windows were open and a fan was provided.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was located in a great location convenient to multiple restaurants and shops. All of these were within walking distance. The room was very clean and a great size. The bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel did not have private parking, there were 2 parking areas convenient to the hotel that were reasonably priced.
