The staff was not the most friendliest. The 4 bed dorm we booked was terribly tiny. There was no space to even open our suitcases. We paid double and got a new 4 bed dorm for the two of us and this was much better. If they had given us this dorm from the start, we wouldn't have to pay double again.

It was an okay property. Good location, ok common areas to chill. The bar looked swanky but was almost always empty.

I think the dormitories (particularly the bathrooms) should be cleaned daily. They were a bit dirty (hair, and dirt) in the showers.

I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a private room and the second a mixed dormitory. I liked the facilities. The bar was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel does not proactively provide towels for daily change but maybe you can ask the receptionist for that. The shared bathrooms are dirty after used by some people because the drainage inside is not good. The handle on my capsule's door was missing, making it harder to open the door. The air circulation inside the capsule is not good so that it can be hot after closing the door.

Very good location for travelling around. The capsule is private.

This is a good hostel. The location is handy to the trams and the Friedrichstrasse railway station. The staff were very exceptionally helpful. In particular, they were able to identify a build in a photo I took in East Berlin in 1984.

The shower was dirty and there was no floor wiper to wipe the floor of water, so the water pooled and all the dirt stayed. The shower head pressure was also poor.

Bar area was nice. I also appreciated a hair dryer in the room as well as sockets near the bed.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was quite small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The pillow was not comfortable at all, and the bed was not supportive enough for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the small space between the bed ends and the wall made it difficult to relax. There was only one small elevator, which was insufficient given how busy the hotel was, leading to long waits. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff behaviour was good but could be better. I enjoyed the coffee nearby. The hotel and the toilet were clean. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its convenient location, and clean rooms.

There could've been curtains on the beds for more privacy. The kids also like to play pranks in the hallways so just beware.

The location is perfect. You're in the center of the city so it's easy to see things around Berlin and expand your time there.

Room had noisy guests. The hostel is full of people there to party, but also people just travelling and even working, but I'd say majority to party and this is not ideal for everyone. Also no kitchen to cook your own food.

This backpackers is in an unreal location. Like so so so good. Literally steps from the U-Bahn/S-Bahn and Trams. The staff are lovely. The rooms are modern. The lockers are big. 8 Sleeper has two showers so really easy to share. Lockers are available for luggage storage and not too expensive.

The drain in shower rooms in -1 floor does not work well and reparing is not in time. At least the solution such as go to other floors for shower, should be told to the guests in good time.

The location is good in terms of transportation, shopping and eating. It is just in the old Berlin area. It is within walking distance to go FreldrichStrasse station for major S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines.

The pods were comfy, however that's not my first experience stay in pods and this one was rather disappointing. It was quite shocking to see the pods don't lock. Also you will have to pay additionally for the towels and lockers. Also, the bath was in quite a bad condition. I would also mention the great location of the hostel.

The room is really small. Hardly any space except for the beds. Toilet/shower is spacious though. Not much place to put or hang your clothes when going to sleep. The window was wide open, but it was still a bit too hot inside.

Never been in a hostel before, but I thought it was nice. I was staying in a 4-bed dorm with a private bathroom, which was clean, the shower was fine. Bed was comfortable enough, and had a light and an outlet. Under the beds are the lockers and you need your own locker to close. Convenient lockers at the reception allow you to leave your bags for few hours for a very reasonable price (3 euro for 6 hours or 1.5 for one).

No single rooms especially for older women travelling alone.
