This is a good hostel. The location is handy to the trams and the Friedrichstrasse railway station. The staff were very exceptionally helpful. In particular, they were able to identify a build in a photo I took in East Berlin in 1984.

The shower was dirty and there was no floor wiper to wipe the floor of water, so the water pooled and all the dirt stayed. The shower head pressure was also poor.

Bar area was nice. I also appreciated a hair dryer in the room as well as sockets near the bed.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was quite small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The pillow was not comfortable at all, and the bed was not supportive enough for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the small space between the bed ends and the wall made it difficult to relax. There was only one small elevator, which was insufficient given how busy the hotel was, leading to long waits. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff behaviour was good but could be better. I enjoyed the coffee nearby. The hotel and the toilet were clean. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its convenient location, and clean rooms.

There could've been curtains on the beds for more privacy. The kids also like to play pranks in the hallways so just beware.

The location is perfect. You're in the center of the city so it's easy to see things around Berlin and expand your time there.

Room had noisy guests. The hostel is full of people there to party, but also people just travelling and even working, but I'd say majority to party and this is not ideal for everyone. Also no kitchen to cook your own food.

This backpackers is in an unreal location. Like so so so good. Literally steps from the U-Bahn/S-Bahn and Trams. The staff are lovely. The rooms are modern. The lockers are big. 8 Sleeper has two showers so really easy to share. Lockers are available for luggage storage and not too expensive.

The drain in shower rooms in -1 floor does not work well and reparing is not in time. At least the solution such as go to other floors for shower, should be told to the guests in good time.

The location is good in terms of transportation, shopping and eating. It is just in the old Berlin area. It is within walking distance to go FreldrichStrasse station for major S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines.

The pods were comfy, however that's not my first experience stay in pods and this one was rather disappointing. It was quite shocking to see the pods don't lock. Also you will have to pay additionally for the towels and lockers. Also, the bath was in quite a bad condition. I would also mention the great location of the hostel.

The room is really small. Hardly any space except for the beds. Toilet/shower is spacious though. Not much place to put or hang your clothes when going to sleep. The window was wide open, but it was still a bit too hot inside.

Never been in a hostel before, but I thought it was nice. I was staying in a 4-bed dorm with a private bathroom, which was clean, the shower was fine. Bed was comfortable enough, and had a light and an outlet. Under the beds are the lockers and you need your own locker to close. Convenient lockers at the reception allow you to leave your bags for few hours for a very reasonable price (3 euro for 6 hours or 1.5 for one).

I Booked a family room with 2 twins and bunk beds and cost 390 approx including towels- when it was booked I also noticed cost of room with 2 bunks was 340 euro approx without towels. When I checked in and got to room it was a room with 2 bunks and no towels. I asked reception fir towels and I was asked to pay for them, after some discussion I didn't have to pay. I was over charged 50 approx for a room I didn't get.

The only thing I didn’t like was the unpleasant humidity level in the bathroom, but I get that it’s tricky to have a good airflow without a window in there

If you're a taller person, the bed will be a bit uncomfortable since they are quite short Get ready for loud and ignorant roommates that will talk in your room even after midnight and will always let the lights on...

The room was very clean, common rooms were very nice, staff was very kind and helpful, the place looked nice, nice breakfast and the location was amazing!

1. The shower needed a deep clean and had a sign that you needed to ask for one, rather than it being a standard routine 2. There was an instance where a man was checked into our female dorm (I assume by accident) and when I went down to tell reception, I was asked to tell the man to come speak to them which I thought was a little preposterous because I had no authority to do that. It was sorted quickly but the receptionist seemed rude to me after I refused to speak to the man.

Very good location and felt modern. Stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was spacious enough and had a hairdryer and workspace with a mirror so you could do your hair/makeup. The shower and toilet were separate but inside the room which was good.
