Limited amenities and facilities for a 4 star hotel, no fridge in the room, no gym/wellness space etc.

The location is great, near Central Station and Skyline Plaza. Its very clean. The breakfast is great. The bed is comfortable. Free coffee and water in the room. The pressure of the shower is great. The air-conditioning works, and I had a great sleep, though it's a warm outside. The aesthetics of the hotel suits young adults.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor when in use, we reported this when checking out as it wasn't a major problem. A minibar would be nice, despite the vending machines in reception. There is no lobby area to sit and have a drink, only the restaurant or rooftop bar, which isn't always open. These are all minor points as our stay was very enjoyable.

Very stylish rooms. Loved the rooftop bar. Bluetooth speaker in room. Excellent range of delicious smelling toiletries, and lovely bathroom with large shower, and a proper wall separating it from the bedroom, NOT glass!! Relatively quiet area, but close to main train station, and tram stop was 2 minute walk away. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!! Excellent housekeeping!! Generally good service from staff. Welcome beer on arrival was a nice touch. Coffee machine and water in room.(We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment) We would definitely stay again!

Bed matress is bit too soft for our taste. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Location is good, close to the main train station, but to the city center better to take an Uber. The room was excellent, service as well, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet indeed, the soundproof is excellent. No problems with wifi connection.

The fee of breakfast is a little bit expensive so we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel.

The room is really quiet even though we stay in the second floor which is near the street. All is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. 7 mins to Skyline Plaza by walk and 15mins to Messe Frankfurt. One stop only to Frankfurt Main Station by tram. There is also a supermarket PENNY nearby, which is easy to grab food and drinks.

It’s kinda expensive, but the whole Frankfurt is expensive. Also, it doesn’t have a refrigerator.

Nice and comfortable hotel, we enjoyed staying here. Had concerns about the neighborhood, but it was fine, the weird people are closer to the railway station.

Nothing I can remember

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite the hotel being close to the main train station. The staff helped us with a quick check in despite arriving late, after midnight. The bathroom is great.

Probably, room deposit is an obsolete thing (they ask something like 100 euros, that's not a lot, but anyways).

The location is great, it's 15 minutes from the central railway station (which you can use to get to and from airport). There are plenty of shops and restaurants around, and in general you are in the center of Frankfurt and can walk anywhere. Soundproofing is excellent - despite the fact that the windows overlook a busy street, the room is very quiet. The rooms are quite spacious, with plenty of furniture and lighting options. We really liked the design. They give free beers upon check-in. Nice.
