You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsJust something to be mindful of in busy periods(we stayed just before Xmas) if you are traveling with a noise sensitve pet. The rooms are not fully sound proof so you will hear fellow guests walking in the hallway and entering their rooms. It's not loud enough to disturb sleep - we just have a nervous dog so we had to crate her in the room for extra comfort, but we were prepared to do that
Great location just a short drive from the Freedom highway. Dog friendly rooms are comfortably located in a separate part of the property with lots of outdoor space to walk your pooch. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

LithuaniaReception closes at 22h sharp and no one cares if you have booked but are running late. No one will call you to check if you will come. We arrived a few minutes after 22h and almost got locked out. Met the last guy closing the doors by accident which managed to let us in. Had we come a few minutes later, we would have had to look for another hotel.
Convenient location. Interesting rooms. Breakfast basic, but ok.

Location: easy to reach even without a car. There's a lovely tram going from the city center of Frankfurt (Oder) to the hotel area. The tram cuts through the wood. Just lovely. Dinner: simple but tasty. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Breakfast: very good and complete breakfast. Worth paying the extra. Staff: at the evening we have been welcomed by a very friendly man who also served us during dinner. Plus: the polish border is right in front of the city. SO for adventurers like me, it's just perfect as you can go to Poland and explore that side, which is totally different from German side.

We were traveling with 3 children and the room was great. Walk in shower 😄. Lots of towles. The restaurant served a good variety of dinners. What we chose was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a good verity of hot and cold offerings. Kids 4 and under eat breakfast free.

Excellent location for high way traveller. Possibility to get a dinner, which I enjoyed twice very much: honest, good, typical German food. Possibility to sit outside on large terrace. Possibility to take a breakfast, which also is large and typical German good food. Room and bathroom are basic but provide all what is essentially needed. This time, upon leaving the man in charge of breakfast offered me spontaneously a coffee for the road. A nice and welcomed gesture.
