We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere were no pictures on the walls, perhaps by design since the view is so stunning, but barren walls make the room feel a bit stark.
View from the room and terrace is magnificent! The room is designed to give a panoramic focus on the Mosel River and surrounding environs. The room itself is very spacious and open. Good bath and shower too! Breakfast was very good and the host made it a point to be attentive to all the little details. The breakfast room is warm and cozy.

The location was excellent, we had a very nice room with an own terrace facing river Mosel. The owner was friendly and it had a nice bar also facing river Mosel.

NetherlandsLocation with terrace and chairs outside. Modernized room, outdated but clean bathroom. Great view. 15 minutes walk from center, but a nice walkway next to the river Moezel. Pleasantly received. They have a refrigerator to take a drink, also wine and sekt. Which I used and liked! You can park in front of the hotel.
