Parking was available just in front of the house. A short walk to the bus stop that takes you straight into the centre of Salzburg. Helga was really lovely and friendly. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything we needed for a few nights.

Our apartment was huge! The kids and I loved looking out the window and watching the sheep! They were so cute! The location is excellent. We walked to the charming town of Freilassing each evening for dinner or dessert, we walked to the grocery store, and we took the bus to Salzburg. The bus stop Is very close to the property.

Flat is dump thus the clothes were drying so long time. Also there were bo sponge for dish cleaning and kitchen towel, shampoo and hand soap.

Nice flat. It’s pretty big, so it would be comfortable for more than two persons.

The host Tom was amazing and took us to the supermarket, travelling by train, as the shops were going to be shut for two days. He also took us to the airport Both he and his partner were very attentive and cheerful

- If I missed one thing: A Microwave in the kitchen will be great. But this is not a very major issue. Most of the vacation rentals in Germany now a days do not give microwave Oven. However we were able to heat up our food using normal pans.

- Location was wonderful and very near to Salzburg. Königsee is around 30 km away. - Lots of places for car parking. - The accommodation has more than enough space for two persons. - The host was very helpful. - The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The refrigerator is big enough. - Coffee machine available.

The price was rather steep for what is being offered.

Convenient, roomy, appartment with bedroom, large living room, kitchenette, bathroom. Nice views of surrounding mountains. Private parking. Within walking distance of Freilassing town center, station, public pool.

It was perfect for us! Works well with a car to drive to parking A or B and you are right in the heart of Salzburg in 15 minutes.

It was super clean and larger than I expected. Everything worked perfectly and appears to be lovingly maintained by the family who runs it. They even had Christmas decorations and a small Christmas tree. We asked for feather free pillows & blankets and they brought some right away. The owner was super friendly.

This property is so lovely! The pictures don’t show wonderful it truly is.

This apartment was extremely roomy, clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen table was very large for a family card game night. Helga kindly welcomed us when we arrived and showed us to our apartment. Everything was as described and the property is quiet. It’s a close drive to Salzburg and avoids the touristy crowds. Schmugglers, just down the street, is a great spot for pizza. We loved our stay!

Nothing. All was good. In the summer months I would recommend a night mask for those sleeping in the bigger room if they are light sleepers as the curtains are not black out.

This was perfect appartement to visit Salzburg. We stayed 3 nights with our two children . It is very spacious. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet.it had everything we needed for our stay. We were driving everywhere and it took us 20 min to Salzburg or the Hellburn castle or the cable car. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. We definitely recommend this apartment as a base to visit the Salzburg area. Note that it is based in Germany just behind the border. I had not realised that but the Salzburg card includes the bus that stopped a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Excellent location. Very convenient to walk on paved level roads to the bus stop to visit Salzburg and the train to visit anywhere you wish. We were picked up and dropped off from the train by Helga. This was greatly appreciated as we had heavy luggage. The unit was very clean with all the facilities you would need. We’ll recommended.

The house near a stream and there was a little bit musty smell, that was cleared when we opened all the windows.

Special house, more than 1000 years old, beautiful and spacious. Very clean and comfortable and all the amenities a family needs.
