We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhile the shuttle is free to the hotel, it is not to get back to the airport. It was 10 euros to get back. It runs every 30 mins and only seats about 8 people. In addition, there were no food options around.
We had an overnight and short layover so we needed a place to sleep and wash up before our long flight. The hotel is 15 mins from the airport and it has a small bar inside to grab drinks. The beds were comfortable.They also had a shuttle from the airport.

Everything was great for one night stay. Very comfortable beds, we had a good night sleep. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Only the car park, otherwise all good.

United KingdomThe extra fee for the dog should be more transparent when booking, as it is not included in the price you pay. It's £16 for a pet / night and £20 for parking / day. Not a problem at all, but would have been a much smoother experience if this would have been advised in advance. The downstairs toilets (that is accessible for everyone in the hall) were not very well maintained, the light wasn't working in 1 booth, it was all dirty and out of toilet paper. Looked like it wasn't cleaned in a few days.
Pet friendly hotel, brilliant breakfast, clean & comfortable rooms. The parking was easy, staff at reception was friendly and very helpful.
