We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaIt was close to a quite frequent road. Some rooms can hear a noise from trucks and cars driving around at night. But for those who lives in cities probably not a big issue.

United StatesShuttle driver from airport never showed. We had to buy own transportation from the airport. Very confusing to have several different Holiday Inn Express and have UNHELPFUL shuttle drivers denying responsibility at 11 pm at night.

NetherlandsSmall rooms, parking space is limited and reservation not possible, so if you are coming from far and there is no parking space then you will be in trouble. I would suggest hotel to add the parking space reservation facility.
Breakfast was good with moderate choice of foods. Room was small but comfortable. It is absolutely near to the airport but that means there are little option for public transport. I would not suggest anyone to plan their travel with public transport rather take the Hotel shuttle service which is very frequent and good. If you have car then the hotel is absolutely near the airport. It has a parking space but chargeable with no reservation possible.

We had a very comfortable stay overnight between flights. The shower was excellent.

GermanyGood sized rooms, food delivery was easy to arrange. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. This hotel also had a little shop for amenities and food, we didn't use it but it was a nice feature to have. The hotel is pet friendly which can be difficult to find when traveling.

NetherlandsThere’s two versions of Holiday Inn Express at the airport / I thought I’d booked another. Many people are confused, some irritated, by this, and it causes frustration at the hotel shuttle stop, which the drivers try to solve. On top of this, there’s a Holiday Inn also at the airport. What is the brand trying to do? (I can answer but want to stay polite). The brand does the same in Paris.

I really liked my stay. My room was on the end, so it was an unorthodox shape, which was kind of fun and resultantly the bathroom was huge. I loved the bathtub. I also used the gym, which was fairly well equipped and modern, although deep in the basement/car park area, so it felt a little unsafe. The staff were lovely and my stay was great.

CanadaThe shuttle costs €10 per person even children which is more expensive than other places I have stayed. I felt it was far too high. The rooms were so tight there wasn’t even a place to sit down. Very uncomfortable for myself and my three children.
The included breakfast was great. Easy to get shuttle bus from the airport.
