Clogged sink in the bathroom since we arrived, no minifridge in the room, black mold at the window frames.

Large and comfy beds, very good location near the train station, sufficient parking lots at 8 Euro per day (underground parking) or 4 Euro per day (ground level parking).

Our business-class rooms was with windows to the railroads (they came every 5-10min till late night and started early in the morning, so we can't sleep well) Hotel was old and stuck in 90ties. Overpriced if see on received price/performance ratio.

Rooms was spacious. Underground parking was secure and good choice.

The Staff weren’t all nice if you do not speak Deutsch but the facilities are great and the room is also good it is a good hotel for its money value if you aren’t booking it in summer as it has heaters but no air conditioning

Nothing, everything we needed was provided by the hotel. We needed a 1 night stay, close to Munich, that was reasonably priced for a family of 4.

The hotel was well located, had many supermarkets and restaurants closeby. Parking was great, and easy access to the S-Bahn.

The room was very specious, with two big beds. It was clean, comfortable. I recommend this place. Tv doesn’t have Netflix or internet connection, but that’s only information for others, personally I didn’t care :) It is also very close from main train and bus station.

The bathroom is rather old. The water in the shower could not get through the drain; we complaied but it was not fixed during our stay. The pillows should be replaced immidiately with new ones. The entire lobby smells like something that was cooked in the kitchen and it is not a pleasent smell.

The room was specious. The location is close to the train station and 2 big supermarkets. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is complimentary coffe and tea in the lobby. The staff is very friendly.

A small breakfast area and a small buffet table when there are a large number of guests.

We needed a hotel for one night and I can say that it fully met our expectations. The hotel is older, but relatively well-maintained. The room was large enough for the four of us, and had a safe, but no minibar, which we didn't need anyway. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, but appeared to be old. The hotel has its own parking, which is great. The cost for parking in front of the hotel is 4 euros, and 8 euros in the garage. We opted for the breakfast, which was okay, but there was quite a crowd and the food was disappearing quickly. All in all, the hotel satisfied our needs.

Clean room, polite staff, very nice waitress in the breakfast cafe The temperature was perfect and the duvets have a nice solid weight to them. Pillows were great also-- a very big deal for us! Things were in great working order-- elevators, etc. That was outdoor parking just in front of the hotel for 4 eurio per night. (We preferred that over the covered parking for 12 euro per night.) Breakfast was 12 euro per person. Not bad because they offer HOT scrambled eggs & plain, whole yogurt!! Missing: bacon or sausage or ham or NON-UTH milk for the coffee (ultra-pasturized tastes pretty crappy when you know what normal pasteurized or raw taste like!). But generally, decent for "Munich pricing."

The staff was very nice and friendly and the hotle was nice and clean. Every things was is very near specially the train is only 5 minutes walk from the station. There are restaurants and supermarkets at a close distance.

The room is not sound proof so the train noise from 50 meters away is too loud for a good sleep, even with ear plugs.

There was a lot of noise at night coming from the other rooms. I believe the other hotel guests were intoxicated at the Wiesn and they were playing loud music in their room and singing along from around 1am until 3am. Fully understood though that it was the Oktoberfest fever :-)

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to Oktoberfest grounds. The room size is very huge and very clean. The bathroom is very clean. Housekeeping is very good. Breakfast was good with various options. There is a nice Turkish restaurant next to the hotel which was recommended by the hotel staff for dinner. I enjoyed my stay and will come back next year.

the location, 25 minutes in the train from the center but we went to “Pasing” by train, it is 2 stops towards to the city, great area with shopping, restaurants and a big motorcycle shop.

the breakfast was good and the receptionist, they were very helpful with any questions, train tickets you could purchase at the front desk.
