breakfast options were few, but fresh and good. I was surprised that they could not serve some products 1 hour before the end of breakfast time. The weekend is the busiest time for hotels and it is the most important time when they should not have any problems in product supply. If you come to the hotel at night, there is no sign and direction, navigation is not very useful, you have to find it by yourself.

Some guest reviews complained about the parking, but it is fine. The hotel has dedicated parking spaces at a bank just a couple minutes walk away.

It is very well appointed with careful attention to detail. Lovely antiques throughout. I especially loved the old wood floors.

There were no good restaurants in the town.

Super cute rooms, decorations, and furniture. The ambiance felt cozy and authentic, someone put a lot of though into it. Loved the honor bar in the living room.

No wardrobe - can hang clothes on hooks of the bathroom door, or on hooks or random clothes hangers in the bathroom.

Nice property. Large room. Immense bathroom. Easy parking on street, or at reserved spaces at the bank around the corner. Nice lounge with honor-system drinks, though we didn't avail.

I wound up parking in a spot that was not marked "no parking", and assumed this meant that parking was allowed. I was informed however that this town does their parking the opposite way: parking is only permitted where the signs indicate. So I may have received a parking infraction. It would be great if the hotel could provide a map of where parking for guests is allowed.

Intimate, charming, great sense of history and connection to the town. The staff is fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. The grounds are lovingly curated and well-maintained. The rooms and common area blend modern conveniences (modern plumbing w/ strong hot water, good lighting, wifi), while honoring the history of the building. I loved the little touches such as the beautiful presentation of food at the breakfast buffet with candles and centerpieces at each table, and the honor bar in the common room.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay and we felt super lucky to have found this hotel during pur trip.

The hotel was very charming with a seamless combination of old and new. We loved the rooms, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and also smelled nice :) The staff was always very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. They even told us a bit about the history of the building. Breakfast was provided in the morning. it was a lovely spread, however we felt that it was a bit overpriced at €16 per person.

We stayed here in June 2023 and we liked everything! Extremely clean. Gorgeous room overlooking a very beautiful courtyard where you can have breakfast. The owner was very friendly. We will go again next time we are in Germany. Thank you!

Extra is charged for baby bed (all the properties we stayed before provided is for free). This bed is not set ahead of your arrival but, for some reason, while you are already in the room. Another small con there was no extra space in the breakfast pantry, not even to put a glass somewhere to pour the water, all the food was cramped on a mid sized table.

Indeed charming room with a bathtub. Breakfast served in the garden was a delight.

Due to road works a huge load of cars used the road just outside the property as a detour instead of the official route, so it was noisy the first night. But road works should finish the next couple of days…

the utterly charming rooms, the excellent breakfast, the thoughtfulness you encounter wherever you go on the premises , the solution oriented approach of offering a quieter room as I could barely sleep the first night - and this second one was a fabulous experience in every sense, the gorgeous bath tubs 🥰
