Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyWhen I arrived they let me in . I was dead tired and I wasn’t sleep whole night. I was planning to take a shower and sleep. It was no towel but after shower I realized. I had to use my shirt to dry. Then I went to bed but sheets were dirty and hair was inside. I went to reception and I told girl the situation. She said that ok. I will inform housekeeping. They will come soon. I waited but nobady came. I decided to go out . After 40 minutes I returned but still nothing has changed. I was so sleepy and I went outside. I couldn’t enjoy anything in the city center because of this situation. When I returned couple of bugs was inside. In the morning my television and any outlets in the room weren’t working. Whatever I told Asian receptionist she was smiling I felt she is mocking. She was taking paper and pen faking like she cares. There was no apology. Just housekeeper apologized. In Austria my hotel was cheaper than this but staff were excellent. I disappointed in Munich.
I arrived city early in the morning. I booked at night. I asked them early check in then they accepted and there was no extra charge. I was so appreciated and so happy.

GermanyIt might be far away for some people, but if you are on a car, - really good parking options in the neighborhood. Rooms are new so I had some issues with a shower, but it was immediately resolved. I mean just contact the staff, don’t wait. Goodbye!
Most important for me it was pet friendly! (10€ cleaning fee) Actually very nice green location, not in the center, but in just a 30-40 minutes walking + on a public transport, sad that I was without a car, so could park it easily! A lot of parking options in this neighborhood, also nearby is a big supermarket shop. There were some questions about the room, but staff quickly helped me and resolved the question! Overall nice hotel if you want a calm place, clean with a good value. P.s. bonus, in the room was a small kitchen, which is nice. Breakfast was fine, coffee was nice, started the day in good way.
