The breakfast could have had some potato or hash brown option. Also fresh juice could have been a nice touch. But overall breakfast was good.

I can't fault that place at all.

Love it. Our absolute favorite. For people that apprciate more classy hotel. Clean, comfortable, food was amazing, pub was amazing. Loved the swimming pool. Such a pearl.

Everything was just fine.

We had really nice one night stop at this hotel. We were traveling with 2 small kids. Extra bed & cot was provided. Room had a really good size. There is swimming pool and nice Irish pub. Dinner buffet was nice enough and not too expensive. All staff very polite and helpful. It was really nice and we enjoyed our time.

The ambient lighting sometimes switches on automatically at night. However, as the room is only dimly lit as a result, it didn't bother me too much. Small TV without even a paid option for streaming or international channels. Parking spaces are very narrow.

High-quality interior design. The room was spotless. Comfortable bed. Modern shower in the comparatively spacious bathroom. Kind staff. Fast and free of charge WIFI. Well above average breakfast. Parking spaces in close proximity. Good transport links to both the city and the surrounding area to the south. Automatic ambient lighting in the room.

There was no clear instruction on the WLAN connection and there was no menu for the mini-bar; something very basic that should have been in the room. Also, there was no 'surprise' gift as was mentioned for our Dog, which was part of the service. However, all these were fulfilled promptly by the very friendly staff.

The hotel lobby and the restaurant was very spacious, so was the Room though two double-beds were placed. Enough space also for our 16 & 8 Year old children and also for our fully grown 3-year old Labrador. Very clean room and facilities. The breakfast was awesome with lot many options. there is also a IRISH bar and Swimming pool.

Only fault I had with the hotel was the bed sheets didn't get changed to clean ones while we were there.

I liked the location of the hotel, near the tram station, shops, nice walking distance to the park. The staff were friendly, always had a smile on their face, helpful if there was a problem.

Have stayed there a few times now, and as always, it has been great. Comfortable beds for a good nights sleep after the long slog from italy or france, well maintained hotel, great breakfast-something for everyone. Pet friendly and great, helpful staff.

We and many others arrived around noon and the lady at the desk would not let us check in because there were no rooms available at that time. It was a bit disappointing for such a large hotel. Our suite hat strains on the sofa and looked a little bit worn out, which is actually unacceptable giving the money we paid for that room.

The hotel was close to the convention center and concert hall, that's why we booked a room here. The room was cozy and large (we had the suite). The bathroom was great, with a nice shower. Breakfast was extraordinary and very delicious. There were so many options that we did not know where to choose from. There are plenty of parking options around the hotel and the hotel does have their own parking lot. However, we chose to pick a free parking spot around the hotel.
