Rooms were a bit basic, tired and a bit soul-less - could do with a bit of an upgrade to match the very nice lobby and breakfast room. Wouldn't take much, lick of paint and a few nice pictures on the wall would really cheer the room up.

This was booked on a budget as we were a party of 5 traveling from UK to south Berlin and needed a half way stop over. It did the job. Staff were really great and friendly. Breakfast very good, no trouble for the really nice waitress to do more eggs for us. Rooms were very basic but clean. Bed was adequately comfortable and the pillows were good. Linen clean and crisp. Good value for money. there is parking underground or in our case we had a 3m high bus and there was access to the back of the property for parking which was excellent. A lovely little Greek restaurant a few doors away where the owners really looked after us.

What didn't like is that, they have only one iron for ironing for the whole hotel and it was not working. So i would like guys to new irons for the guest. Two or Three won't hurt right?

Full-floor carpets in the rooms were really dirty ja there was mold in the showercurtain. Breakfast was really poor and the personel unfriendly.

Check-in was possible also late in the evening.

There was no soap in my room. When I wanted to extend my stay for one more night, the hotel doubled the price. (First night was 70 EUR, but for the next night they wanted 150 EUR) It is far from everywhere.

The hotel was clean, the personnel was nice to me.

In the bathroom was a very bad smell, I think it came from the well, in the night the smell came underneath the door and the whole bedroom smelled like sewer. So that could be better for the next time

beds were comfy, the room is nice for a just a overnight stay. I liked the location and the parking near the area was great. We went for 1 night and I would recommend it, no loud noises and no sounds from within the hotel

pricing was not even near what I got but guess it was becouse of EURO 2024, room needs proper renovation and upgrade but still can be passable for reasonable pricing. Highly recomend to bring in little fridge and slippers for guest.

Location was good, 5 min walk to station with train passing every 1 hour exactly at same time, in 20 minites you are in Dortmund central ststion. Big grocery store near and small souvenir shops.

Where can i start, for the price of 330€ that we paid for a two night stay for two people its robbery. The room is small, a prison cell is more bigger than that. We left the notice to have the room cleaned and when we came back we noticed that only the toilet paper was restored, everything else was unchanged. The location is terrible, the only bus line that is supposed to take you there never arrived at the station were we waited for it

Rooms were so small, the single rooms are no bigger than a broom cupboard, carpets dirty and fraying, beds very hard and uncomfortable with only one pillow,whole place is really run down and needs a refurb

My reservation was supposed to have date flexible. When I asked to change it it was refused with no reason.

Good value for the money. There was no lux but I appreciated easy parking, réception 24/24 and wifi.

I had paid for a double room, but in the end only had a twin room and the beds had to be pushed together. As a 6 foot 7 man this meant that my sleep could have been better. Also, I would have liked a kettle in the room. However, when I asked for hot water the staff were able to prepare this for me.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was generally quite tidy and the checking in and checking out process was quick and easy. I was offered breakfast, but didnt have time but was able to get a coffee before I left.
