They haven´t got a 24 hours desk. If you loose your keys, you need to call someone. Luckly, the staff over there was amazing. Breakfast is not that good for what they charge. To go to the rooms you need to take a lift in an area that was rarely clean.

In the room, there is neither a water kettle nor a coffee machine available. Coffee is exclusively obtainable from the adjacent coffee shop. However, it's essential to note that the coffee shop is closed before 7 am. Therefore, guests departing early in the morning may find it inaccessible. Regrettably, there are no nearby alternatives for obtaining beverages before 7 am. In the event of the coffee shop's closure, access to coffee, water, or soft drinks is not possible. Moreover, overnight guests may encounter difficulties in acquiring refreshments as there are limited options available. Given the perceived safety concerns in the area, venturing outside the hotel premises to search for alternative sources of refreshment may not be advisable. Additionally, the absence of a refrigerator in the room further limits access to perishable items. Furthermore, the provision of only one pillow per bedside may prove insufficient for some guests' comfort preferences, particularly those desiring additional support for a restful sleep experience.

Just a short stroll away from the bustling train station. Location is fantastic and the coffee itself from the Coffee Fellows Shop is great. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Exceptional location! This hotel couldn't be more central. The rooms are wonderfully stylish and impeccably clean, equipped with everything you need. While the breakfast selection may not be extensive, it is certainly satisfying.

Breakfast- I would suggest considering serving it on plates rather than plastic trays to enhance the dining experience. My mood was spoiled, because for 100 euros staying in a hotel, you could be fed deliciously. However, for me give a miserable piece of dried cheese, crookedly cut cucumber and tomato, and a piece of sausage. I felt more like a dog who was given food all in one bowl. It was terrible, not tasty, and I didn't want to eat from a tray. People invented plates for that, because I didn't come to take away. I will not return to this hotel, because it is always important for me to have a good breakfast.

- No coffee machine in the room and the lounge, I was expecting at least a capsule coffee machine since company is a coffee chain. -linens are so small despite i had a king size bed.

I've got the queensized bedroom, but i think my blanked was too small for the bed.

The location was perfect. Middle of the center of Dortmund. But we're spend the most of our time at the lounge of the hotel. We were alone and have a great time overthere.

The bathroom was clean and big, but freezing, no heating at all, so it was not too comfortable to be there.

Very clean, nice and cozy room, just above a coffe shop. The location is very good, right in the city center, just next to a shopping mall and christmas market. Online check-in and check-out possible in the app. Didn't have breakfast included but was passing by and it looked nice.

- Ridiculously small blanket. Nice queen size bed, BUT thin, single bed blanket. I'm tall and my feet were peeking out :'( - Only one single pillow - Rather small and very crowded breakfast area with outside guests. (weekend)

I found the city tax a little expensive with €4 pp.

Nice hotel right in the hart of Dortmund, on the mail square of the christmas market. Parking can be used 200 m away in a public parking. Big room and modern bathroom with rain shower. All spot on and close to the main shopping street. Breakfast was also good and the selction was fine for us.

Our room was very small along with the size of the bath towels.

Location to the Xmas Market was fabulous. The shower was spacious and very clean. The lounge area is a really good space to hang out. Being able to load the key to your room onto your smart phone was a real game changer.

The hotel reception is inside the coffee shop. Hotel rooms are located on the 4th and 5th floor. There are other offices and companies in the same building but we don’t need a key card to enter the hotel levels. The main door to the hotel rooms was opened during my stay. And I couldn’t lock the room door so I was quite anxious at night. I woke up a few times when I heard noises.

Can walk from central station to the hotel. It takes about 5-8 minutes. Shops and restaurants are nearby so very convenient. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Even if we left before the breakfast time, hotel staff prepared for us some "take-away" breakfast. Location is very easy to be reached from the Central Station. Room was very comfortable, clean and with modern furniture.

The shower leaked, there was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. I didn’t like that a homeless person was sleeping on the landing.

Some renovation work going on - should be over soon and wasn't a problem once you entered your room/floor. Moreover, the doors should have a closing automation to reduce the noise level in the breakfast room.

Clean and nice room. Excellent coffee for breakfast (Coffee Fellows Classics). Very good location - at least for people travelling by train etc.

The breakfast was ok, i would expect more from a hotel right inside a cafe. As there is no proper reception, it was a bit difficult to address issues such as loud guest knocking on random doors at 1 am in the morning.

We had an overall good stay. The hotel is very central and close to the main station.
