Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThey do have a breakfast area, but thats about it as far as amenities go, the lift did not go all the way up to the top floor, which is a bit of a pain when your lugging around all your motorcycle gear!
A great little hotel right in the centre! private parking on site (although you really do have to reserve a space as theres not many) a 5 minute walk to some great bars and places to eat, friendly towards motorcycles, the rooms are spacious enough and the beds a very comfy, an excellent place to stay to see Stuttgart!

Bed was comfortable, towels provided, room was larger than we expected considering we had booked an economy room. Shower pressure was good with hot water. The best thing was the breakfast - very extensive, huge amount of choice! Only 20 minutes walk from the main station, super easy to take the tram to the airport, close to the city centre. ItalyThe room was quite small and is very old-fashioned. It was located very close to the breakfast room so once breakfast was available you could hear a lot of noise.
Very close to the city centre, roughly 10 minutes, maybe less. On a rainy day you could even take the U-Bahn to the city centre or the train station (it's a 5min ride if not less). Breakfast was rich and full of different options, from salty to sweet. The staff is very friendly.
