The restaurant staff were able to recommend gluten free options and accommodations on the menu. The spa was very nice.

Hotel did not clean my room on the first day (came back at 18:00 to do so), whihc was inconvenient and I did not get my laundry back (had to ask where it was).

Conveniently close to the offices where I did most of the meetings. Restaurant service was excellent and food was very good.

As always, the service from all teams (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) is second to none. I love the double bed as standard and the spacious, clean rooms. Great food on offer at breakfast and dinner. Plenty of free parking on site. I can’t wait to try the new spa!

It would be great if the hotel can add small refrigerators for room and also provide slippers and toothpaste. Staff could be more friendly and there can be some nice lights outside the hotel which would make the entrance a bit brighter in the evening. The price can be more reasonable.

The room was very clean and big enough. The decoration of the hotel was nice and we enjoyed the the breakfast. The bed was also comfy.

It's a really good hotel. The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent. İt was warm in the room. Parking was big and comfortable. Location : it's only 10 km far from Strasbourg. And you can find a big supermarkets near hotel. A little bit expensive price for staying, but Christmas time is now. So everything was super. A little bit about comfort : İ didn't find a disposable slippers in the room... Thanks a lot for everything!

The location is not charming in itself, is a sort of industrial area, but it is very practical to visit the area and close to all possible facilities: bakery, restaurants, supermarket...

Everything was perfectly clean, great breakfasts and very nice and helpful staff. Sound proofing was also perfect.

Restaurant only open certain hours from late afternoon. Bad shape in which I got my laundry back, however, this was rectified within 1 hour from complaining. Busy Saturday morning with conference attendees (breakfast was SO busy).

Hotel had AC but in one room it didn’t work. Rooms bath is newly designed with partially clear glass walls, so, it might not fit for some family members.

Hotel rooms are for 2 persons, maybe those where the last ones, newly designed hotel with big rooms for two, clean rooms and quite comfy. Breakfast was very adequate served in a nice dining hall. Hotel’s placed several 7-10 minutes from the city, and also from the highway

The separation wall between bedroom and bathroom are made out of glass. Opal glass in the middle. View is not a problem. But when using the bathroom at night light can disturb the second user when sleeping.

Absolutely nothing to criticize. Modern architecture, generous room and space all around. Friendly staff!
