No elevator.Reception did not offer the Bodensee Card (EBC) until we asked for it. No glasses just a few small paper cups for drinking. Would not permit us parking after check out time so trip to Lindau Island was short when one only stays 1 night.

Good breakfast. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel and using the Bodensee Card allowed us to go to Lindau Island for free without the car. Bus 4 and then transfer to Bus 2 or 5.

The beer garden was lovely, the room was spacious and the staff was kind and helpful. Lindau is a place that everyone must visit, especially if you love cycling.

Cold water pressure wasn't enough strong. I like to take hot shower, but my brother takes colder shower and it was too hot for him.

I liked the check in procedure, smooth and careless. Breakfast was good and diverse. I slept well, coz it was quite and peaceful. There are 2 doors in the room. So no one will disturb you!

We stayed here for just one night, and it suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast provided was enjoyable. The hotel certainly delivered on its value. In case of a late arrival, the keys can be found in a letterbox next to the entrance. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during our visit, but there are several dining options nearby. Situated in a quieter area, the hotel offers proximity to a lovely park with serene surroundings and amazing trees, offering views of the Bodensee. During our stay, we noticed some police presence in and around Lindau, with speed cameras and alcohol tests being conducted on the street of the hotel after dark, so be careful with that. I would recommend this hotel for travelers on a budget or on short/business trip.

A small detour off the Autobahn for Innsbruck, in the leafy suburbs of Lindau, on the Bodensee. Keycode reception. Good room and adequate breakfast. But- just a short walk to the lakeside and buzzy, friendly,and rather swish Italian resto Amici. Good value.

The message after booking that you've to check in before 1700 or else call phone number which gave only an answering machine. Luckly they are open longer but it was giving some stress on the way going to them.

It was the worst experience ever. We reached hotel at 10.30 PM reception was closed and all doors were locked. We couldn't go into the hotel, I tried to call the number found on booking no one answered. They were supposed to send me a msg to give me key box password so I can take my room key, but I didn't receive any msg. And this city is like a village and everything was closed and couldn't even find taxi or car to look for different hotel, I had to spend the night with my wife in the street in a near park.
