Bathroom products were for one person although we were two people. Breakfast did not show certain diets.

Our stay was too short so I didnt get to try the spa, but it looked very inviting and soothing!

It was absolutely perfect, the hotel interior is stunning, the staff were kind and gnerous. They greeted us with warm drinks, valeted the car, and made sure we were well taken care of the entrire. It was a truly VIP first class experience. Breakfast and dinner were Michelin worthy.

A bit of a schlep to get to the train station, but the location was otherwise wonderful, pretty quiet area and easy access to transit or walk to the river front.

Logging into Wifi was unnecessarily complicated. Not enough plug sockets to plug in chargers. Rooms somewhat dated.

Would have preferred to stay in the old town. Breakfast was overpriced but omelette with lots of veggies was delicious.

I knew when I booked that the hotel was some distance from the old town of Dresden, and it was. It's easy to call a taxi to go TO the old town, but not so easy to get one for the trip back. So more walking back than I wanted. But I liked the hotel enough to use it again, even with this slight complication.

Maybe a bit oldish style kitsch things in the common areas. Like the display of product on sale felt like Queen Victoria era thing.

Beautiful charming luxury boutique hotel located in a very quite but lovely old part of the town. Relais et Chateaux quality. Pick up of car and ready for departure in front of front door after. Personnel very attentive, profesional and capable. Speaking languages.

I was surprised that we were not able to eat in the restaurant. The hotel could have let us know to reserve, or informed that they were fully booked. They did offer alternative, but was not nearby.

Every member of staff I talked to were really helpful and attentive, we also like the location because it's not directly in the middle of the busy area hence it is quiet, but it is close to everything we wanted to see. And I was pleasantly surprised that the dinner was very delicious! Would definitely stay here again :)

The decor is very strange. The rooms need an upgrade and the reception area needs a new interior designer!
