Really really really small room. Was a struggle to get in and out of the door. But we managed to make it work by sliding suitcases under the bed.

Location close to central everything. Cheap and easy baggage storage. Friendly staff. 24/7 check in with sister holiday down the road.

There was a constant buzzing sound in the room, no matter if it was the hood condensing or something else. From 6 o'clock in the morning, the terrible sounds of the renovation could be heard. Overall, it was very noisy, which is an inconvenience when traveling

The room was small but comfortable, clean and tidy, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean. The location is excellent, in the city center. Restaurants, metro, shops and most importantly the station are nearby.

The room was very small for a quadruple, which we knew going in, but there was not enough room for our stuff. They can store your luggage but it isn’t free.

Location, price, cleanliness and modern. The beds were very comfortable too. Also had breakfast pastry snacks, and great security. A metro entrance is right outside the front door with an underground shopping area with nice places to grab a sandwich or pastry.

Bright, cheerful & modern room, proximity to Railway Station Marienplatz, beer halls, & victuals market. Toilet separate from shower room. Very secure entry to building & rooms. Quiet rooms. Lift to all levels. Breakfast snacks provided in reception area.

The bedside lamps would not work and we couldn’t figure out how to get the television to work. Didn’t actually need either though so didn’t bother to contact the hotel staff.

Handy for train station and town centre. Good value for money. Although compact, it provided good facilities. Like the fact that there was no maid service for a 2 night stay, as not needed.

One or two things in the room didn't work, such as the tablet and one of the switches for raising and lowering the bed.

The staff were very helpful, and quickly responded to our request for assistance with something we didn't understand in the room. Even though the room was small, it was clean, comfortable and really well organised. The shower was big - probably the largest we've found in Europe so far. The location was really good, close to a huge underground shopping centre, Marienplatz and the central train station.

TV didnt work, during arrival the receptionist was extremely fed up and rude, while checking out the staff was helpful and nice :)

They could add a small refrigerator in the room. Maybe they could change the lined bed, not because they looked dirt but worn.

I liked the location and how easy it was to check in/out. The free snacks and coffee are great! Besides the location of this hotel being in a rather busy area (Karlsplatz) the acoustic insulation was decent. I had no problems at all sleeping. The shower was awesome!
