The hotel needs an English speaking tv station such as BBC or CNN. When the guests struggle with the German language, it is difficult to get the up to date news. There needs to be a bulletin board at the front desk showing yoga classes and other offerings to the guests.

Spa massages were excellent as was the equipment in the physical fitness area. The indoor pool was large and well maintained. The sauna with three rooms also was very nice. People were friendly and accommodating.

The main building was being renovated, and created some issues finding the proper entrance. Once that was accomplished , all was well.

This is the third time we have stayed at Brenners. Great location and exceptional staff. Hope to be back yet a fourth time.

The bathroom products should be eco-friendly. Unfortunately, the massage we had was disappointing.

The swimming is one of the best I've seen; big, spacious facing floor-to-ceiling windows. The room we had was really large and comfortable. I usually notice the little details so I was very impressed by the heavy door handles and the doors themselves; solid, heavy, and built right. Breakfast at the Wintergarten was spectacular. The hotel made my first time in Baden-Baden unforgettable. Thank you :)

Basically a fantastic hotel where we like to spend the night on our way to the warmer south of Europe. Stylish, excellent and friendly service that you don't come across much anymore. Certainly in comparison with similar high-end hotel chains, the hotel scores well. The room in the main building could use a makeover, dusty, air conditioning not cooling enough, blanket too thick, pillows too thin, etc. The staff will solve it, but the experience we expected as we had received it 2 years ago was missing this time . Every kitchen goes a bit off track and let's hope we get a better experience the next time we come back. At this level it is more about details and experience and the enthusiasm and hospitality of the staff made up for the somewhat dated room. Grade 9/9 instead of 10/10 last year.

Anyway, service of the staff is the super best. All of them were kind and polite. When we went to Caracalla-therme, they prepared a towel set for us , and when we left the hotel, they had put water and snacks in our car without saying anything. Of course both the room and the meal were the best. The wife and daughters who were not used to a sauna of the man and woman mixture appreciated a women-only sauna very much. I am going to visit Baden Baden again to stay in this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

Everything was amazing

Property was immaculate, room was charming, clean and bed was comfy. Spa and wellness was next level and was amazing. Wife and I could use the saunas, Plunge Pool, and steam rooms (facilities were second to none and it wasn’t overcrowded) We wish we would of stayed longer.

Everything was perfect for us

Amazing. The welcome and attention to detail is incredible. The food, including breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has the most beautiful setting overlooking the park and is few steps from the mail square with great shopping. Spa and the Kids Club was fantastic too.

All the staff were terribly friendly. Breakfast was great and an excellent choice of everything. Did not use the Spa or Gym Did enjoy that you could walk from the hotel through the garden gate to the town and to a great small museum.
