There was nothing negative, but I have two suggestions for improvement: 1, The automatic messages sent via Booking were always in German, so we had to translate them. 2, Also, the accommodation is in Freiburg's Umwelt Zone, which would have been helpful to know in advance, as we arrived late Saturday afternoon and couldn’t arrange the green sticker in time.

One of the best accommodations I've ever booked. Perfect location, beautifully furnished, and equipped with high-quality appliances. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we reached out to them. We loved it and are planning to return in the future.

Nothing in particular. The bathrooms were super clean but showers had a bit of mold in them. Didn’t bother us too much but it would be good to take care of that for future guests.

How organized and clean it was, was very impressive. Everything seemed new. It has almost everything that we needed. Location is near a tram station, supermarkets and Restaurants. It has a beautiful view. We loved it.

The sofa bed and armchair were pretty hard! A softer seat would be appreciated! Kitchen space for food preparation was on the tight side, but I am being picky, it was adequate for our short stay.

super modern apartment with balcony, loads of space, good views, lovely bed, good bathroom. Also, we were fortunate to get a car parking space for two of our 3 nights in the hotel's own underground garage, even though we had not pre booked this. The member of staff was very helpful. The apartment was only a minute away from the tram into town. Also a nice restaurant about 15 minutes walk away called Purinos, simple but nice food. Tip: Do book their garage as it is not easy parking on the roads.

A quality level well worth the cost

The parking is the only slight downside of the location (or the whole of Freiburg). The hotel has only 5-7 free parking spots in front of it, and you must be lucky to snap them. Down the road, you have free parking on the evenings and weekends for paid work days. The hotel itself offers parking but it's a bit expensive if you're staying for a week or longer - €15 / day.

It is an excellent stay with a fantastic view of the Black Forest right from the balcony. The apartment is located in a suburban developing area, so it's quiet, but there are a lot of restaurants and stores around. The room was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. You also had access to the amazing rooftop.

The giant round carpet in the middle of the room made me almost slip a couple of times. First i thought it was just me but it happened more and i am not an old man or disabled person. I was a bit frowning they only gave one dishwasher tablet but I guess they have their reasons. So no mayor things. A bit too expensive to my liking.

To start with. The location is excellent. Its right near the Straßenbahn dat can take you into the center or to the station. The property itself was clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower! And some decent amount of kitchen stuff to prepare your own meals should you want to. I say the studio is rented is perfect for solo travelers. I also liked it got some additional bath towels. I do like to point out the Studio Black M base I had did not had a nice couch or such for me that was no issue but couples might want to think on this. The bed in front of the tv made up for it for me.

Just very minor things … occasionally the water in the shower wasn’t quite as hot as I would have liked. As there was just two of us and it wasn’t generally worth using the dishwasher, a simple drying rack would have been handy. A curtain across the bedroom sliding doors woud have helped privacy (we were travelling as friends, not a couple, ad slept separately). Also the view from our suite was just the building site and air-conditioning units at the back of the building, but that can’t be helped, and we went up to the roof terrace for the lovely eastward view.

Black F Tower is a superb, brand-new, purpose-built building. It is well designed and everything works perfectly. Our suite was bright and comfortable, the air-conditioning kept the temperature just right during a very hot spell of weather. The bathroom and shower were great, the cooking facilities were functional and sufficient, and the coffee pod machine was very welcome! We used the laundry facilities too, with the WeWash app. Proximity to Zollhallenplatz tram stop couldn’t be better!

No milk for coffee, only 2 sugars for entire stay. Main head of shower was poor.

The hot water wasn't that hot

We loved our apartment. It was well equipped, comfortable and had a fantastic view. The staff were helpful and polite and it was a very enjoyable stay. The only downside is we only spent 2 nights here - wish we had stayed the whole week!

One side of bed is positioned against the wall so that the person in the back has to climb over the other. No iron.

Modern and chic, many plants, room full of light, great views, roof terrace is fantastic. Rates are decent, good value.
