Small renovation need to be done on the room and all carpets in the corridors and room to be changed if possible.

Room was big and beds was very comfy, we didn't book a room with breakfast. Location close to the train station. Nice parking space and very pleasant receptionist.

They could have had more warm options for breakfast, but from what I understand, ownership was changing. Access to the restaurant after hours would have been great.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, and quiet with lots of heating options. The bath was AMAZING. Loved that.

Absence of glasses and spoons in the room. And when asking for them at the reception, the staff gives them but with attitude like these cups are made of china, and spoons are made of silver.

Nice old school hotel with still physical keys, not plastic cards.

The rooms are really old and worn. We can't say that they're very dirty, but they could do with a good refresh. The biggest negative point is the price for the condition of the hotel.

The communal areas of the hotel were fine. The room was rather large. The advantage is that the hotel is right in front of a tram station that takes you directly into the centre. There are also cheap parking spaces next to the hotel.

Communication with front desk was poor. There was no wifi service. It was down since a few days before our arrival on 22 October 2022..

The location of the hotel Leoso is great. The single bed is of a acceptable size.

Accommodation always meets everything we need for our business stay. Spacious rooms, professional reception staff, very good communication on site.

Nothing really - its a little basic and no gym - but I knew that before booking it.

Needed somewhere in a rush - this place did the job - clean, friendly, good service - I had an excellent night's sleep.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever had to stay at, which admittedly I was only at due to an event in the nearby city. To be honest this whole building needs to be condemned. I don't think it's been renovated since the Soviets were around. No AC which was killer during a heatwave. Very old beds with hard mattresses. The lights didn't work properly. I was supposed to have it for 5 nights and just checked out after 1 night to find somewhere else. No refunds of course but I really had no option.

Bless the staff who were as friendly as you'd expect from any hotel and didn't question my decision to just leave. Nothing else good besides that really unless you want to experience a really old hotel.

We heard so many noises from pigeons on our windows and the room was way too hot. The fan was not enough for the room it need air conditioner

No air condition, it was like a sauna in the room. The receptionist give us a fan, but it couldn't make the air colder... There are some carpet stains and а cockroach on the wall. And a smell of old.

The location is a bit scary for a solo traveler. The hotel is right next to the train station and does not seem to be safe if arriving at night. Although my experience was quite good. Still I was a bit wary of my surroundings.

A spacious and comfortable room with two beds and a clean, well equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of food.

Standard of room is not great and in desparate need of updating. Air con unit old and broken. Lack of power sockets by the bed. Lack of working English speaking TV channels. Restaurant and bar not open.
