The cleaniness of the “so- called private” bathroom/shower and room, You could literally hear everything from outside to other guests closing doors but the worst noise was the lift shaft. The first words from the receptionist in the morning was “€6 please for city tax”

It was very noisy. Luckily we were drunk, otherwise sleeping would have been very difficult. The furniture was not in good condition. The bathroom smelled bad.

The room was still not clean and not yet ready when we arrived. We waited for 2 hours from the time of check-in. We asked if we could extend our stay since we checked in late due to room’s availability, but the receptionist apologized and said it was not possible but maybe an hour late will be okay. Then, when he said the room was ready, we immediately went up to our room, but the cleaning lady was still inside and not yet finished. We noticed that the shower stand was broken and the shower head was on the floor.

Location is near. Price is okay. Receptionist is considerate he told us we can put our bags upstair while waiting for our room.

Small hotel near Dusseldorf Hbf. The rooms are quite old with very thin windows and walls. The tenant next door was using the toilet and it was like doing it next to your bed. You could literally hear the snoring from other rooms. I guess you get what you pay for.

I didn't like the fact that you could hear what your neighbor was saying and what the person saying he was talking to by phone. the toilet smelled due to a leaking toilet

cheapest apartment. excellent personnel (speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, German) If you urgently need to spend the night somewhere for no more than one day and save money, then feel free to take it.

The window of the room was next to the smoking area so we had to keep the curtains closed. The furniture was very basic with little storage.

The room was clean and the shower fittings were new and worked well. There was a fridge in the room, and a cupboard with hangers. The bed was very large and was comfortable. The receptionist coped well with our inability to speak German. There were some very noisy other guests but they quietened down at a reasonable hour. It was very adequate for the price.

The room was not cleaned on any day. We stayed for 6 night. The soap wasn’t refilled, they gave us all hand towel one day. The heater was shut for 4 nights. They turned it on for a day when we complained but they it back off the next day. Most of the staff was nice except one young guy, who kept asking us our room every 5 minutes we came in and out, and didn’t believe us, asked us to show our room key. (It was okay if it happens ones but we stayed there for 6 nights).

The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk from the Haufbanhof station. N right opposite the bus stop, and right across a supermarket and a cafe.

It was cold , the lift was loud you will hear from the room , once u turn the light in the bathroom the ventilator makes loud noises.

The room was very cold. It does not have a good proportion very unconfortable. A lot of things in the room I could not move inside very well. Chair, refrigerator two beds but in bad disposition

The distance to the train station. We found a lot of restaurantes near the hotel. We went to the train station by walking.
