Quite small room for this price, very small bathroom, no EV chargers available. Panorama-Restaurant with stunning views, but the food quality was a bit below expectations (no other options available except this restaurant).

Very good location for hiking, nice 1980ties socialistic charme, girls at the reception were really friendly and helpful, SPA (sauna) with beautiful views over the mountains

The location is Fabioules, but it so tough to reach from Kurort Rathen. Its easir to reach by bus from Pirna. (I drove there by train and it was hard to take my suitcase with me to the hotel from Kurort Rathen. )

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The fantastic location, great breakfast, stunning views in both room and restaurants (Panorama and hotel), and friendly staff made it a memorable experience.

no good dinner option available, the restaurant next to hotel is more focused on serving pricy food for big quantity of people than delivering quality food (nothing homemade, only convenience food and served within a few minutes after ordering), nevertheless the service/waiter were all polite and professional

Stunning location and the staff were so helpful and informative. The room was clean, spacious and had mostly everything we needed (apart from a kettle!). The staff very kindly provided a hot flask with mugs on request though and did advise they were working on providing tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms soon. I was also worried about breakfast being a vegan but there was fruit, muesli and bread/rolls with spreads.

I'd say it's pretty pricey but I guess you're paying for location more than anything.

The beds are quite narrow and the pillows could be more plush. The shower doesn't have a full door which occasionally leads to wet floors in the bathroom.

The hotel is located directly at the Basteibrücke and lends itself as a starting point for various hikes around the Elbsandsteingebirge. It's also a short drive from other nature monuments such as the Schrammsteine as well as the city of Dresden. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view from the breakfast room as well as the 'Bergblick' rooms is spectacular.

There is not a lot of choices for food nearby- the hotel restaurant has decent (but not great) food for higher prices. There is a beer garden on site but they do not offer much more than snacks.

There is no privacy on the balcony ... when we are on the balcony you look into the other room next door if they have their curtains open - so little privacy. Parking away from the hotel and having to carry luggage.

AMAZING Location and to match that, amazingly friendly staff at both hotel and restaurant. Friendly efficient service, great ambience.

Their is a glass door to the toilet, the door even can not be closed. Very small room. We asked to change room but all the rooms with the same glass door, if you need to go to the toilet the other friend need to go out of the room... we left the hotel after one night, loose a lot of money and booked to other hotel.
