All was good, only the second room is very small.

Located in a nice locality, near to wedding/Mitte station and very convenient if you want to use the public transportation. Quite a number of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and spacious apartment with upgraded amenities. It was nice to see umbrellas for guest to use.

We had an amazing stay; there were six of us with an age range of 5 to 65 and everyone was comfortable and had enough space. Public transit access was easy and there was a lot within walking distance as well.

Apartment very clean and spacious. Has every thing you might need. We came with a huge group, stayed comfortably, check-in was very smooth. Hosts were extra helpful and welcoming. I do recommend! Public transportation only 2 mins away.

One very minor issue is that there was only one oven tray so a bit of inventive genius is required to cook 2 types of food at the same time. A microwave would also be useful.

BENSIMON apartments were just what we needed. Easy to find and very close to Wedding station for easy access to all parts of Berlin. The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area and although the railway tracks are close by, the trains are very quiet so did not cause any disturbance at all. The apartment was very spacious for our party of 5 but fitting 12 in which is what is advertised might be a bit of a squeeze

This is a truly magnificent apartment. It's large, modern, well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. S- and U-Bahn, supermarket and bakery are in 5 minutes walking distance. As it's Berlin, you'll find something to eat virtually everywhere. The S-Bahn and long-distance train tracks are just at eye level, and since the windows are soundproof watching trains pass by ever 2 minutes is a nice plus for those who like it. It does come at considerable cost but you get what you pay for.

Despite being a large guest accommodation, it has only one bathroom. One of the rooms is quite small (the other two are very large). The bathroom is completely flooded if you use the overhead shower. The establishment has a complimentary umbrella in case it rains during your stay (a nice touch), but if you think you might lose it I recommend you buy one in any souvenir shop, because the ones in the accommodation are very high quality and therefore very expensive to replace.

The accommodation has new and modern facilities and is full of details. Very close to various types of transport and relatively close to the centre on foot (30/40 minutes) if it stops working due to a strike. You have telephone and personal attention on the premises, luggage and laundry service with extra linen. The beds are comfortable and the lounge is spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

We had an enjoyable stay and the apartment was great for our group of 4 over Christmas. My only comment is that the apartments don’t seem to be well noise proofed and you can hear footsteps and people talking from other apartments. We got told to keep the noise down one night before 9pm (we were playing cards).

The apartment we booked said there was a washing machine (listed under kitchen facilities). We actually had to use a machine in a shared laundry room which was inconvenient. We chose a property that had lift access as one of our group has mobility issues. Whilst there was a lift to upper floor, there was then also a set of stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment was large and well furnished with some great design. We liked the location, and the property was clean and well maintained. Bedding was comfortable. Communication was good, and check-in was easy.
