shame there isn't anywhere to sit as a group like a common area, or bar.

it was nice distance from the city centre, not to far but far enough that you aren't right there.

The beds are the worst I have ever slept in (and I have backpacked in Asia). My bed's headspace was lower than the legspace (it had been sit on so much). The beds are really bumpy and uneven. The triple room third bed is a open "couch" so it means there is a bump along the middle of it, and it is hard. I would understand if a place is a bit run down, but there is no excuse for those beds. The owner (or manager) should be forced to sleep in every bed for a night to understand the state of them. The cleanlyness is not top notch either. We stayed for 3 nights. When checking the room before leaving we found some other quest's sock still there and the carpets are not vacuumed properly. The soundproofing is non existent - fortunately we had a room in the end of the corridor.

The size of the room is good, but thats about it. The location is superb - it really gives you the option to feel Berlin and there are a lot of places to go and eat outside. U-bahn is close enough. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. The breakfast is decent. The first evening there was a man at the reception and he was awesome and friendly and kind. All other days there was someone else working at the reception and the questions were answered wierdly. One of the women couldn't even find the hotel on the map (it was already marked with X and it was their own printed map).

My room seemed to have only one power socket. That one in the bathroom. I found it rather odd.

Stayed one night only - the room and bathroom were clean and big enough, had to rush in the morning so had no breakfast. Staff were nice. Location is close to restaurants and a station. It's a private hotel in an old block of flats, quiet neighborhood, nothing fancy.

We had a room for 4 persons, but the sofa bed was really not for sleeping. It was supposed to be for two people but it was way too narrow to be comfortable. Might work for one person. Would not recommend being more than two, max three in such a room. The general impression was that the room as well as the hotel was a bit worn down.

Central, calm neighborhood fairly close to Tiergarten. OK breakfast. The staff was helpful with late check-in. The breakfast room was nice with the possibility of having your coffee on the balcony.

Actually, in the room I was hoping to see and get the bathrobe and slippers, and the wall is so tight n you can heard everything what’s happening in the neighbourhood room

The fairness, at first i was given a poorly managed room (broken furniture, dirty sheets and unpleasant leftovers from previous tenants in the drawers) and the receptionist didn't speak well english and wasn't nice, but after coming back to reception and explaining it to another receptionist who was really nice i was given a much better room.

The staff was kind. The room was very nice, even though it was on the small size(which wasn’t a problem for us). The breakfasts were okay and what should be expected in this price range - we never left hungry. Just be prepared that it can take from 25 up to 40 minutes to get to Brandenburg Tor (for the reference)

Very nice neighborhood, close to public transport, lots of different restaurants and cafes. Very quiet night.

The lady working in the breakfast area was pretty rude when we asked if there was possibly any more breakfast since we were asking towards the end of the breakfast schedule.

Hardly a kilometre from the Ku'Damm, this is a quiet location on Dusseldorf Str. The neighbourhood is vibrant with small shops, eateries and so on... And very nice and warm staff. The only minus i saw was, the nearly 10 min walk to the nearest U/S Bahn.

It’s somewhat far from the city center. It’s a good neighborhood, but be ready to el walk for a while to reach U and S bahn stops

There were no slippers given in the room. Not drinking water heating system was there, not even in the dining at breakfast time. no glasses were there to drink water No water bottle was given Shower place was very small

the lighting of the room might be improve, especially before the sleeping lights cwitched on.. (i mean it was a little bit too shady).. however, it's a bit too far from the bus/S/U bahn

good selection of breakfast menu, our kids love them! location wise it's nice as it's in the quiet area, which help us to have a pleasant sleep
