We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is close to town and the castle. The breakfast was good! Assortment of bread, meat, and cheese. The room had a large balcony with a nice view. The host didn’t see our booking for the room before we arrived, but she prepared the room quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful and welcoming

The castles are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property. The hotel is also close to a thermal spring, and Fussen. Quiet, and safe location. Good value for the area. A typical, yet delicious Bavarian breakfast is in included in the price.

SerbiaThe building is old and undecorated. You can feel the smell when you enter the hotel. The room was next to the main road so there was a lot of noise during the night. We could not close the windows because there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is very poor.
The location was very good if you have a car - outside the city but on the main road and closer to the castles. The room was beautiful and clean. Staff very friendly.

We stayed at Bei Weirich the first week of June. After we parked our van in a safe spot right on the property, Frau Weirich met our family of 4 adults and 2 kids upon arrival. She is a delightful lady and gave us a warm welcome. She told us that she and her husband had owned Bei Weirich for many years. We all agreed that it was like staying at your German grandmother's home which was very comforting. There were several restaurant options nearby, as well as a grocery store. And it was a quick drive to the parking areas for touring Hohenschwangau Castle or Neuschwanstein, which is one of the reasons we picked this lodging site. When we returned from dinner the 1st night we met her daughter, Annette, in the garden area at the rear entrance to the Gasthaus. She was very informative and helpful and assisted us in getting dinner reservations on our 2nd night at a popular restaurant near the lake. Annette also served our delicious breakfast on both mornings and was very attentive to our needs.
