The receptionists (both female ladies were really nice and cooperative. There was a gentleman at the reception (probably a manager) who did not seemed so pleased when I asked for an iron and also did not leave a pleasant and cooperative impression.

Upon arrival, I was told that their pricing would have been better with direct booking. It would have been nice if they would have offered their lower pricing. But I guess that's on me for not checking in with them directly before booking.

It's a very nice family-run hotel. The location was very convenient. Their breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices including home-made smoothies, organic eggs and vegan options.

You need to consider the church nearby, as the bell rings every quarter. If you are bothered by the bell sound - keep this in mind.

Location is very convenient, especially if you need to commute to Munich. The city Hotel is located in is very nice and quite. The personnel was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and supportive (special thanks to Martha on the reception). Breakfast with vast variety of food selections, including raw and vegan stations for those who interested. We were family of four with a pet - thus, rented a 2-room apartment - absolute value for money. Highly recommend this place for the short stay!

Arriving later at night in l October we would expect that the room was preheated, it took 2 hours to get a cosy room temperature...

Everything was really nice, no complaints, interior is as in 4star hotel. Some rooms (as ours) are at the level between groundfloor and basement, with a window, but very clean and nice.

I liked everything, I was very surprised by the big room - we had a beautiful family room where the 4 of us had a great time! (By the way, it's hard to find a shared family room around Munich.) Very kind staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent - I really appreciate that the hotel is focused on healthy eating - there is a continental breakfast and also an offer for vegans (I'm not vegan, but the food was great), delicious coffee, etc. It also offers information on healthy eating. Oh yes, free parking is also available. Very good location - shops, cafes around, if you have a car - there is a lake near Planneg where you can swim. Everything was great!

There was a slight odour of cigarette smoke in the hallway/our room, but it was a very minor issue.

So glad we chose this hotel for our first visit to Munich. We drove from Memmingen airport and it was very easy to find. We loved the experience of staying in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and the short train rides into the city centre felt like part of the adventure. The hotel itself was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff - especially the young man on Reception when we arrived - were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and with a good range of options (including vegan and gluten-free). We would happily stay again.
