If we wanted the sauna we had to give notice and wait until it was ready. Probably not such a bad thing but I do like to be able to just decide to "go and have a short time in the sauna".

Breakfast was very good - perhaps not as big a selection as some hotels but certainly enough. The room was very amazingly quiet - our room was on the fourth floor and we faced the inner courtyard and had the window open all night and no sound disturbed us. Very convenient to public transport with the U Bahn station just outside the front door. We didn't use the sauna and gym area.

Comfortable room, warm welcome, excellent helpful staff, great breakfast. Lovely hotel a mixture of very modern hotel metres from the U Bahn (lobby & bedrooms) with an historic building backing onto the Canal.

We quickly hopped in room after arriving then went straight back out until late When we csme back we found things that we thought our room wasn't cleaned properly Eg. A damp towel hanging on the door in the bathroom, the bin already full rubbish, a smudge on the bedding. The room looked made but not cleaned..

There were some days when there was a shortage of staff , particularly in the bar of an evening.

Location was perfect for all sights in Mitte. We chose to book with breakfast included and we experienced the best breakfasts for a hotel. Also, the staff were so polite and helpful. A very pleasant 3 day's break.

Excellent location - a quiet street but close to the city centre and with an underground station a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent but not inexpensive.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the subway and bus stops. Big and clean room. Spacious bathroom with a big shower. The biggest and softest towels I've ever seen in a hotel. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Like most other hotel rooms, the carpets need to be cleaned, luckily we were provided slippers, which we wore all the time.

The location is fabulous, with cafes and restaurants nearby and it's right next to a metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Needs a little bit of updating in the bathroom. The sink drain covers were coming off. Breakfast was additional so we didn’t get it.

Nice quiet safe location, unique decor, great reception area, security seemed good with card access to elevators. Large bathroom towels were a nice surprise. Free mineral water was appreciated, large room, it was very functional and comfortable.

Location was great. Very convenient for travelling around. We liked our room and the public areas downstairs and it was very comfortable and reasonable in price.

We expected the bar to serve more food as it was advertised as a restaurant as well, but what we did have was lovely!

We absolutely loved our stay at art’otel Berlin! We came for our honeymoon and the staff were kind enough to decorate the room! Everyone made us feel very welcome and breakfast was excellent.
