It was a long walk to central area to access restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel’s restaurant was closed the night we were there with no other facilities available.

The whole place used to be (I think) an old people's home which is unfortunately still quite apparent. Everything is extra wide for wheelchairs which is nice, but then there are also quite a lot of plastered holes from old applicants in the bathroom and throughout the room. The hallway and balconies are also in their original clinical state which gives the place a bit of a weird and unfinished feel. I don't think I would give it the high star rating it has for that reason. I also felt it was all a bit steep in price considering the location. Everything was an add on, parking, swimming, sauna, breakfast. You basically pay at least 30-50% more per day than you originally budgeted for.

It was spacious and had everything we needed to sleep and entertain a newborn without feeling uncomfortable. We had a little kitchenette in the room and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Didn't have tea and coffee making equipment in the room and I bought one and then they said we could have borrowed one

Parking for one night for 15 euros Nothing the hotel really can do about it, but there were some noisy guests. The bed sheets for a single person could be a bit bigger.

To get in the center you need to go by bus, but we knew that. And that was no problem.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. You can reach the city center by bus. The room was big and clean. Good bed. Staff friendly. Restaurant in the hotel. Good food.

I woke up early before breakfast hours. I needed a coffee so I went downstairs to look for a machine . There is none but the receptionist offered to make one for me which I appreciated . This was a black coffee like the one I had limitless access to in the breakfast about an hour later (in the room price) During checkout I realized I was charged for the coffee ; I suggest to the hotel management to change this practice. The cost was insignificant but as a policy it reflects poorly.

The rooms and the hotel overall had been very clean; the staff was friendly and also speaking english. Access to all areas has been easy also . The location is reachable by car with no issues, and is not crowded at all.

Parking in the adjacent streets was limited near the hotel having arrived late in the evening. There was also a one-way system which made pick-up from the hotel after overnight parking more difficult.

The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have chairs to use. The restaurant was perfect for an evening meal when it was too cold and damp to walk into the city. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good range. Staff were helpful and friendly.

breakfast quality was good but over priced, €22 per person... and car parking at the basement of the hotel although is very convenient and safe, its expensive, €15 per day. for the room price i would expect at least to offer free water in the room

Very quiet location, without traffic noise in the rooms, no morning sun getting in to the room, all hotel areas were very clean, hotel employees were professionals and very polite. easy access to public transportation.

Pay extra for the parking

We loved the hotel in especially the restaurant where we had a lovely dinner and a superb breakfast next day. The room was big and clean, the bed was big and comfortable.
