The check-in is AWFUL, we arrived late and had A LOT of trouble checking in, we were about to either sleep in the car or go someplace else and request a refund here, but met other couple at the stairs that said they also had the same issue and they just kept trying until it suddenly worked, we did this and one hour later it worked, we clicked different options and it worked only by requesting 4 cards (but only gave out three anyways). There is a the normal contact phone number and one for emergencies, they answered in none of them. They do advise that they don’t answer after 8pm but if their check-in is that faulty, I think they should! Also the tiny packets of shampoo/soap are not nice and very wasteful, a bottle set up in the wall might be a lot better

The room was very comfortable, mostly clean except for some spiderweb-like dust in the ceiling (can be frightening for us that have spider phobia). I slept really well

When we first came in to the apartment it was messy and not clean dirty dishes and not cleaned bads and everything(but at that time there was cleaner so I talked to him and he cleaned the apartment)then there was no electricity in our apartment and then we called the support and they took care of everything very fast

I like everything

The room was very clean, very comfortable. The tram was right next to the hotel, and it can take you to Hannover central station. The check in was contactless and easy to follow up.

Check-in was a little bit complicated. It took me 5 minutes longer to figure out how to handle this. But it's OK.

Basically I liked everything. It was more than really good in all aspects. I would put the highest mark if I didn't know how can be better.

Internet is very slow or doesn't work at all, heating is off gets cold during night in this period, bed not very comfortable.

Couldn't get a taxi due to the remote location from Hannover .. finally, the train was close ..

Contactless checkin was smooth and hassle-free.. but it was far expensive looking for the location and shared room for 4 options. Would be good for 2, but 4 is too much. Couldn't find the key for toilet to lock it while use.

All parking was full, so I had to park a bit further in the neighbourhood. Everything else was just great!

Getting the key was automated and easy. The room was really clean and quiet. No noises from other guests, which to me seemed like a lot of construction workers, judging from the vans parked outside and a couple of beer cans left at the front door: so great noise insulation and/or quiet construction workers. When we came into the room, we thought it was a very new room. It was only after we noticed some wear on some parts of the room that we realised it was not new, but rather impeccably clean! Great location for a night stay, and I guess also for multiple nights.
