My room had no real air con, so the air felt stale. Also the curtains in the windows are difficult to use. The restaurant didnt have any a la carte during lunchtime on weekends, only a massive brunch. Even ordering a simple coffee seemed complicated as no one seemed to know how I could get a coffee to my room. Luckily there were cafes next door, so I didnt use the hotel services at all.

The hotel is lovely, with pretty inner court yard. The location is perfect next to the Spree for riverside morning walks, plenty of cafes, and next to F-strasse station with a direct connection to the airport.

Great location. The room was spacious, located near train and metro. Surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes. Lift to higher floors were helpful for luggage.

Walkable from the central station in about 20min. Trivially close to Friedrichstraße station and at least one really good coffee shop. There's a bar right in the hotel, it was open late enough for a quick drink before going back to my room.

I requested an Iron to the room but this was not possible i would have to go to basement to use a specific room. This did not work for me.

The location was superb. Walking distance to everywhere and surrounded by wine bars, Cafe's and Restaurants. The staff were like a big family all working together to create a very relaxed vibe. The hotel kept our bags for us on last day so we could go out an about.

The room was comfortable and a good size. As it overlooked an enclosed courtyard, it was pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent - a varied selection of both hot & cold foods. Located close to the railway station, river and a wide selection of restaurants.

The hotel is quite simple, even for 3* and a bit outdated. The bathroom in general ok, but there were traces of mold in the shower, which is not nice for any hotel. No AC, it was hot inside with no rational possibility to cool down (there was blower, but quite loud, so it was difficult to sleep with turned it on).

Very nice location, place with history. The breakfast is very nice, great choice of various type of food.

Pillows were very flat but the front desk gave us extra. The carpet needed to be replaced.

Location was fantastic. Great restaurants nearby and an excellent coffee shop just down the street. Hotel was older but had lots of character. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to the transit and city attractions.

Enjoyed stay. Just be aware, there are a number of hotels under this group in the Centre. Unfortunately we went to the wrong one. Completely our fault but make sure the full name is entered if using google. Excellent location, good quality very close to many restaurants and main station.

The room was located on the 4th floor, so I got pretty hot really quick (while it was about 25 degres outside). There was a cooling device (not AC), but it bearly helped. If you're not visiting during summer this should not concern you :)

Beautiful view from the window. Location of the hotel is perfect - very close to monuments, coffee shops and many restaurants.

Some details a little run-down. Carpets, wooden fixtures with scratches, etc. But no big deal...not a show-stopper.

Good varied breakfast, although a bit expensive at 20Euro per person per night. Good location. Lots of restaurants around, boat tours on the Spree, close to the S Banh and walking distance to Brandenburg, etc.
