During our stay one of the two lifts was out of action however this did not particularly impact on the experience

Nothing!

Lovely welcome, room was ready before stated checkin time and so we had access to our room as soon as we arrived. Even given a map of the city to help us. Lovely room, amazing facilities (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and mugs etc), spotlessly clean, excellent shower - couldn’t fault it. Excellent location - could walk to all main attractions.

The restaurants to the back were noisy and we could not open the windows due to the noise. The air conditioning blew on one side of the room and did not adequately cool the entire space.

The breakfast had an excellent selection with fresh foods. The location was conveniently close to the train station and the downtown area. We took our child to the zoo and it was a short ride on the tram.

We felt the internet was a bit intermittent which wasn’t the best but we didn’t need it for work just leisure so didn’t cause us any real issues. Other than that great accommodation.

The location of the apartment/ hotel was within easy reach from the train station.The staff were very helpful & it was in the old town so you had shops/ restaurants etc on your doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed ,it was a good size & shower was best we’ve had on our travels. It has a swimming pool,sauna & gym.

The sofa bed .

The location is excellent and the pool is really nice . We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was nice although we would have preferred a two bedroom if there had been one as it was a little small for 3 of us for a whole week. The sofa bed in the lounge was not very comfortable and used up the only seating space available. The location is amazing though , so close to everything. Restaurants, old town, malls, shops, train station , sights all an easy walk away.

I like everything

Location - very very close to railway station, just 4 minutes by foot. It is also in few minutes the center of the old city. Pool is small but clean and very very nice. Room is comfortable, the bed is good. Shower and toilet is new, modern and comfortable. Kitchen is nice and good equipped.

We stayed there 3 nights and 4 days, and in the 3rd night we had to request some clean towels, as for the entire stay no cleaning of the room was done. It would be nice for the hotel to improve this aspect.

This is the hotel for a great location. In the city center, lots of shops, restaurants and the main station in front of the hotel, 3 min walk. And the main locations are also near by. For example, 15 min walk to the zoo.

There is a church near by with annoying bells that ring every hour from early hours in the morning to late at night, try to take the street side, it is probably quieter. The AC works but it didn't keep up in the heat wave.

Spacious apartment, very clean, well equipped, feels like home. The location is great too, very close to the station, yet in the middle of the old town. I would certainly come back here if I visit Leipzig again.

We got a free upgrade, which was great. The airconditioning worked very well and it was nice to have a kitchen of our own.

This didn't concern me, but there is building work across the road from the hotel. The foundations are in progress, (July 2024) but in the next few weeks, the superstructure will commence, so this may be a problem for future visitors, but only until the work is complete.

Room was comfortable, with kitchen, seating area and shower room, beds were good. Breakfast was fine, usual German food from the cold buffet, I didn't have the cooked option. 150 metres from Leipzig Hbf, main railway station, easy to find. Only ten minutes by train from Leipzig/Halle Airport. So airport to hotel in 15 minutes for under 6 Euros!

When we stayed there they had started doing up the bar/restaurant area. There was a some noice during the morning day/ but did not interfere our sleep.

Loves the location central in Leipzig. Very nice, clean modern room with all facilities. Lovely modern bathroom. Clean kitchenette with washing machine and all mod cons. We also enjoyed the pool facilities in the hotel spa area that were free of charge.

Two small topics. We could not get in completely dark in the room. I'd love to have two single beds instead of one double.

It is perfectly located in the city centre of Leipzig. The apartment was spacious. The bathroom was great, nice warm shower. And we also liked the swimming pool. Not too big, but nice.

Unfortunately, our sink in the bathroom did not function properly and there was no one who could fix it over the weekend. However, upon checkout we received a 10% discount on the room price which was nice.

The apartment hotel was located in the vicinity of the train station, with only a short walking distance to the city center. The room was modern and very spacious, equipped with a small kitchen and a lot of space to hang/store your clothes. What we particularly liked was the breakfast buffet which had a lot of variety (e.g. fresh pancakes/waffles, fruit salad, rolls, different spreads). The spa area, including sauna and swimming pool, was a nice add-on which came complimentary and was open from 05.00 am to 11.00 pm daily - ideal for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to booking certain tours for the day. Overall, our stay here was very enjoyable.

The festival nearby can get a little rowdy but that’s not the fault of the hotel

Very clean and well stocked! Pots, pans, dishes in the kitchenette with dish washer and clothes washer and even detergent packets! Very accommodating and kind staff even with our late arrival.
