The only mines was that there was no storage for the clothing expect for 3 hangers.

Location is perfect. The room is clean and spacious. The staff was so friendly.

It's noisy. The wall and floor are too thin. You can hear everything.

There is no locker for luggage in a room.(female 8-bed room) and the charging dock from the bunker bed did not work. Location is good, but you have to walk for 15 mins from the station to get here. It is recommended to take bus 123.

Facilities were not that different from the other hostels. But I really liked that they provided a towel and different bed sheets. Hygiene was above the average.

Can be extremely crowed at Breakfast - need to move the “toaster” away to another location as it completely clogs movement of people around the food selection at busy times ! Look at the flow of people & take notice of these silly things.

The room was a bit dirty and got very hot in the night. Shower went between very hot and very cold. Some noise but that is normal for a hostel.

The room was not clean after the last guests. Also, beds was not ready and we has to dress them ourselves.

Complicated room numbering system in the hallways; I only found my room after additional directions. The price of nearly €70 for a dormitory bed I consider relatively expensive - given that the luxury hotel in Berlin I stayed a week earlier on my way to Cracow, was around €100 per night. But I couldn't book a room there on the way back. The day that you could stay in a youth hostel dormitory for a 'ten bucks per night' appear to be long gone...

Location was easy to find. Lounge was often crowded, yet spacious. The quality of food and drinks was fine.

To use the communal kitchen you had to pay a €50 deposit which I thought was a lot, the kitchen is quite basic, not much cutlery or plates available but handy to have. It would be nice if there was a kettle at least in the room

Staff were really helpful if there were any problems. The room was fine, clean and basic - it got quite hot at night but we were able to get a fan from reception (€20 deposit). Good location for the main train station

The window can only be half open. The room was okay but the bathroom looked old and not deeply cleaned. The noise from the hallway is terrible.

I liked the location, the bar inside is affordable. The price was quite fair.

Rooms are very warm and opening the window for ventilation lets in the 24hour babble from the smokers gathering outside the front door; had very little sleep on our first night so closed the window and lay on top of the bed to sleep on the next nights.

Modern rooms with plenty of electric sockets; good wifi. Breakfasts exceĺlent and scope for a midday snack carry-out (!) Bar prices a bit excessive but friendly staff. Walk to/from the central station was even shorter through the little park. There is a bus stop just over the road if you have a travel pass and heavy luggage.

The room was a little bit too small, the bathroom was not very clean. The pillow were not confortable for my standards. The luggage room was locked but they do no associate your luggage with a label, so in theory you could enter and take away anyone else's luggage.

The room was clean, not very big but comfortable for a two-nights stay. The location is great, just 10 minutes away from Central Station, where you can find many train and underground lines and reach every corner of the City. The sorroundings are quiet (it's a residential area), the lobby is colorful and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to young people, group of friends and young couples: they could improve this aspect simply by applying a label and giving you the corresponding number.

Sheets and towels were old and thin. The walls are also not very sound proof. We heard kids running in the hallways.

The Staff spoke English and were very helpful. There were also Vendos for Pizza, Drinks, Coffee, ATM, almost anything you need is available on the lobby. Fun activities too for the kids.

Locations It is so far from main train station (by walk ) almost 15 minutes It is not in big main road , at night is very dangerous to walk
