“The hotel is well equipped, the room was nice. We had especially enquired about parking facilities prior to booking but because of a local festival we were not informed that parking would be difficult and the hotel were not helpful at all. Food was good but expensive. The service we received was sometimes stern and unfriendly and sometimes much better. It may have been language issues but sometimes the requests we received for example on ordering breakfast the evening before or checking out were very peremptory!”
