We went for the gourmet set menu and it was excellent and enjoyable experience. Wellness area is magnificent and surrounding access to paths around the lake was wonderful. Also very much felt like a family business as we saw the owner and his family a number of times checking in with guests and generally making us feel very welcome-unusual in this day and age for such a high end hotel.
