“Second time staying here and it was fantastic again. Staff on reception were excellent. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was great. Location of the hotel is good for Phantasialand (reason for our visit) would definitely recommend”
“The room was very comfortable, spacious enough with table, phone, chair, single-seater sofa. And the welcome 'Water' bottles. Location was very optimal, about 5 minutes drive to Phantasialand... of course, i would not say that it is a comfortable route 'to walk' to/from phantasialand. With Car it is more safe especially when it gets 'dark' during crazy european winter. Ample parking space at the hotel, but at times one has to have his/her luck to find a suitable spot when the hotel is crowded. Hotel Lobby is spacious and good decorated... the personnel at reception were very friendly. There is also a NETTO supermarket just a minute walk away, in case you may want to pick up some snacks or drinks; REWE is about 5 minutes drive. I did already see that, PETs are allowed in this good hotel. Breakfast was OK, i would not say awesome or WOW; could be a bit difficult for 'Veggies'. Very spacious Restaurant.”
“Location is very close to Phantasialand, about 5-6 min by car. Plus in 10 min walk there’s a train station that can take you directly to downtown Köln (Cologne). It will take about 30 min. And trains arrive very often. Rooms are clean, service and personnel are very friendly. Though cleaning people we met spoke neither German nor English. Breakfasts were very good with variety of choices.”
